Columbia Crest Winery Review

Wonderful wines in a beautiful setting. Todd was a knowledgeable host. Very pleasant tasting and tour.

I just bring empty bottles to fill it with wine....

Great place. I was late on a dry freight load and they got me in immediately 6am in the morning. Truck parking is on site, space is limited.

Nice winery with a lot of character, despite being like a corporation (watch the trucks with grapes come and go). Make sure to go down the stairs and see the cellar with all the cases. The tasting room is very comfortable, enough space to taste and browse the wines.
Prices of the wines are very reasonable.

This place is unbelievable great place to visit and take a tour you will not be dispointed at all.

OTR truck driver. Not a bad place to deliver to. Fairly quick to unload, relatively speaking. Easy to pull into dock. Odd they take your keys though. Still, better than most.

Is nice, is out of the way. Good grounds. Nice people.

For a truck driver it is a very nice place to deliver, I was two and a half hours early for my appointment they took me into a door and I was unloaded a half hour after that

WENT IN THIS PLACE TO GET LOADED. THEN USED THEIR SCALES TO MAKE SURE I WASN'T OVER WEIGHT. I WAS HEAVY ON MY TANDEMS. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS IS, THEY DIDN'T MAKE A HUGE PRODUCTION ABOUT THE WHOLE DEAL. THEY REWORKED MY LOAD IN A TIMELY MANNER. (AS FAR AS TRUCK DRIVER WAIT!!! LOL.)

Beautiful grounds and a very nice tasting room with friendly employees. Visited during the Spring Barrel weekend and were fortunate enough to be able to go down into the cellar to taste wine from the barrels. Nice selection of items for sales including some cheese and other snacks.

I had never really cared for red wine until my best friend brought some to share when he visited me, Now I enjoy a glass in the evening with some crackers and cheese before bed. I try to choose Two Vines and I am very happy when my local Publix has it on sale. I will look for the Merlot-Cabernet blend when I got to Publix again.

I'm going to be honest, I was a bit leery because it was such a big corporation winery. But it was actually a great experience. First of all $5 for 4, 5 tastes? Awesome. Second, the chateau they had was incredibly classy but approachable. Third, the attendant at the bar was incredibly nice, easy to talk to, and poured us drinks we were curious about, even if they were off the list. Good times and nice vineyard to walk around.

I ordered a bottle of wine from Columbia Crest online 10 days ago. I have been calling and emailing them to get an update on the status of my order. They have not responded to my voicemails or emails. I have tried calling different days, different times of day, and there is never an answer. I have sent a couple emails politely asking about my order. Their website says they are devoted to superior customer and that their helpful concierge team is available to answer any questions. That has not been my experience. Apparently the wine I ordered will not arrive in time to give as a gift, but I can't even cancel the order because the number the website gives you to call to cancel an order is the same number that no one answers or responds to the voicemails left there.

My wife claims this is her favorite winery in Washington state! We have not been to more than a few, but if you have not been there, y'all owe it to yourself to try it out, c'mon. The reason ,"I" was there today was to deliver a semi truck load of wine grapes from Chateau St Michelle's Canoe Ridge Rd vineyard to Columbia Crest crush pad. The venue is gorgeous and Lee Glidewell thinks the people are awesome!

Mariah was wonderfuly knowlageable and friendly and made our experience 5 stars. The wine was top notch!

Beautiful winery, tasting room, and customer service was amazing! Tried the 2014 Crowdsourced Cabernet, definitely a favorite, and so neat! Look up the story behind their CrowdSourced wines!!

Very good Tour to know the process to make wine since they cut it in the fill until they bottle it for the market good experience

A decent place to deliver to as a trucker. They dont mind if you wait/sleep on their property while you wait to deliver. Only bad thing is they want your keys before unloading or loading. How about just doing what Winco does.....charge a fee/fine if you move before your supposed to.

We had the best time at Columbia Crest Winery today in the tasting room with Vicky,. She made our day by being so welcoming, joking around with us and being so informative! She even got us some cheese and crackers to go with the tasting! We shared how much we were looking forward to our visit, but had been worried of our delay during the drive to the winery from the Columbia Gorge waterfalls, as it was much farther than we were thinking and it took so long to get there that we didn t arrive until 4:30, just having discovered that they closed at 5 pm while we were on the way! Upon arrival we thought we would be rushed through the tasting experience at this, our favorite overall winery, after coming from Philadelphia to visit while in Washington. But nothing could have been further from that as she showed us numerous wines and even gave us an individual tour of the vine cellar and a tasting from a barrel during fermentation! She shared her Columbia Crest story with us and even took a picture with us! In the end we were there for over an hour and we would have never known that she and a few of her colleagues were staying to make our experience so special! What a wonderful representation of Columbia Crest she was! Congratulation to Columbia Crest for having a great staff member to represent your business!! Highly recommend others touring this beautiful winery!

We sampled outstanding wines under the guidance of Bridget. She knew her products and related well to her customers. Loved the wine. Loved Bridget. Left with a wine purchase. Great experience.
