Received a notice from Integral Recoveries that I owe the state of Colorado a small amount of money from an incorrect tax return from 2013. Yes, it took them 6 years to find me! And now I'm assessed with fees from those 6 years. And regardless, the state will get their money plus fees. What a racket! State of Colorado, figure out your processes and find someone better at their job than Integral Recoveries. 6 years!!!!
Trying to solve a sales tax issue. Cant access my online account. When I try to call into the office, it says they have to many calls and I get hung up on each time. Tried three days in a row now and same results. I will likely receive a late penalty now from them. Great way to run things.

Son is buying a house and is a single father. Judgement from State of Colorado showed up from 4 years previous that had been paid off by his federal return. They could not issue a satisfaction of judgment locally and said they mailed one but never received it. Said they could not mail another one for 22 days. He had to postpone closing date and lost his earnest money to drive over to Denver to get one, eight hours round trip. He is trying to get it today, if not he will lose his house and his earnest money. Left numerous phone calls for our governor's office and Attorney General and did not receive one single phone call back. Why are we voting for people that do not care about our people?
Went in to get my CO State Tax License this morning. Went through everything with me and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Treated with respect and kindness the entire visit by everyone I encountered. They also included additional tax info to help me with our new business. Thanks for making this process quick and easy.
I've gotten several sales tax licenses on the spot here. Service has really improved over the past few years. It seems they've spent more time training people. There's usually not much of a wait time anymore. I really advise small business owners to take the free sales tax classes at the Lakewood location. Parking is limited at this location.
There's a $150 payment that didn't process on my 2018 taxes for MONTHS that I've been trying to get to go through. No one responds on their online message center, and I just called because I have a judgment scheduled now on this debt, and even though I called during business hours, they're closed. So hopefully I won't incur any more legal fees due to no one being able to provide me any kind of service.
If you don t HAVE to deal with these people, don t. ITS NOT WORTH IT. not a single thing I have had to do with the Colorado department of revenue has been easy or pleasant. I created an account on their site, saved the info, tried to log in with the SAME INFO, didn t work. Spent HOURS on hold on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to help me and eventually gave up. Forgot my username or password didn t send me a single email or help at all.
Was told by multiple reps that colorado department of Revenue doesn t send out undelivered notices to tax payer.
