Worst Shipyard I have ever worked with in 15 years. Once they win a contract they show their true colors. Bad financial standing. Defective pricing. No communication or professionalism. Their reputation is plagued with former employees claiming unsafe work environments, accidently death and a high anxiety. If you ever consider including them in a bid, you will be disappointed and their pricing leaves a lot of questions unanswered. Government Contracting Officers or Contracting professionals stay away. There are plenty of qualified Shipyards in the area that are willing to treat you like a customer. WARNING.

It all depends on what shop you work out of. I worked for the security dept. and it is the worst. No upward mobility, no pay raises, a dismissive manager, and harassing supervisors.

The company's core values are Respect, Pride, Truth and Family I found that this does not apply to the people working within the security dept.

Nepotism and Favoritism are fully condoned. No appreciation for superior knowledge skills and experience from better facilities. Not open to suggestive improvements.
