I really wanted to share my experience with one of your customer service representatives, Bob
First and foremost, I was very eager and excited to purchase a car from your dealership. On the day that I arrived to see the car, there was a misunderstanding about not having price negotiation. I was under the impression that we would be able to negotiate pricing as that was not specified, but I was told that this was not something you were open to do.
Upon expressing my frustration, Bob was able to speak with management and discount me $300- which was kind but still a very low negotiating point.
Price aside, what truly disappointed me was the way that Bob spoke to me. After I told him that I'm no longer interested in the car anymore, he then wrote..
"I guess you expected us to pay your taxes. Good luck finding someone to do that for you". This is NO way to talk to someone who is willing to pay $14,000 and who has driven 40 miles to see your car. This is completely unprofessional and I am truly disappointed by his lack of customer service skills. I am happy however that I was able to see his true side and that I will not be paying thousands of dollars to your dealership.
Being a Massachusetts resident my whole life, I am fully and completely aware of Mass state laws and taxes. I do not need someone to address them to me in a condescending way. I was there to negotiate pricing for the car- not Mass taxes.
I truly hope you take my concerns and address them with your customer service reps and retrain them on how to speak with potential buyers as you have lost a lot of money just by presenting a bad attitude. I will be sure to share my bad experience with all my friends, families, and even write a review so that others know what to expect before wasting their time with your dealership
Best,
A lost client.
