Can't believe they are in business. I have tried calling for 2 days. On hold 30 minutes each time and tried 3 times each day. 180 minutes on hold. At the end of the hold time it cuts you off. I have a defective product and would like to talk to someone. I left my number for them to call ME and nothing. Pathetic business. Do NOT use them for anything.
Placed an order with this company and they never shipped my order going on over 30 days. They do not reply to calls or emails. Don't fall for this fake business. Be warned, do not do business with them.
Worst company to deal with. They do not reply to email and DO NOT call back when you leave a message on phone. They do not even pick up on the ORDER line!
The order goes in and they send some product, but take the whole amount of the order. They even took this amount prior the order going out at all.
Go somewhere else to buy.
Horrible business. ..they need to close! Sent me the hand devices I needed but the ladies size was too small. Call and spoke with Andra and she said don't send them back,we will send the men's size. Been 2 months,I called twice, then I received an email yesterday telling me they discontinued them and will refunding my order.
Horrible. I'm not actually sure this is even a legitimate business. I placed an order almost 1 month ago and it has yet to ship. I sent 2 emails through their customer service contact and have tried to call twice. Each time I called, I was put on hold for 15 min only to be transferred to a voicemail. I left a voicemail. I never got a response back. After looking at Yelp and Google reviews, I see that my experience was a common one. I thus disputed the charge on my credit card, filed a complaint with the NH Attorney General, and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I'm pretty sure this place is a scam. BEWARE.

I was attempting to reach their retail store on Celina Avenue. I could not find it and so I called them in an attempt to get some direction. I was in the area where their retail store should be, I just needed to be pointed to exactly where it was. I called and did not reach anyone.
It turns out that these people are completely inaccessible. When you call their number you reach a machine that tells you that you are calling outside of business hours regardless of what time you call. In other words, despite the fact that their automated system tells you that their hours are from 9 to 5 on weekdays, their automated system tells you that you're calling outside of business hours even if you call at 11:00 AM on a Wednesday. Or on a Thursday or Friday...
They do tell you that the retail store is open from 9 to 5 on weekdays and 9 to 5 on Saturdays. If you dial "5" you are supposed to reach the retail store. What actually happens is that this system tells you to wait, you listen to nothing for about 15 seconds, then the system comes back and tells you that no one is available to take your call. You have a choice at any time to leave a message or dial customer service or reach an operator. There is never anyone available on the customer service line and when you try to reach the operator you go into a state of hold where it keeps telling you (every few seconds) that you can cancel hold by dialing 2 or stay on the line because apparently their system keeps attempting to reach an operator. It never succeeds. You can wait for hours and still not reach anyone. Their entire system is completely useless, and you are more likely to win the lottery than you are to reach any human being. I never did find the retail store.
I am amazed with such poor communication that this place still does business with anyone. I attempted to reach them several times just to see if their retail store was actually ever open and was unable to reach anyone. I finally decided to leave a message basically telling them that I was taking my business elsewhere. These people do not seem to be very serious about doing any kind of business with anyone.
If you need medical supplies, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have never written a review before but thought it might be worth it if I could save someone from going through the same hell I have gone through. This is all because they left the unit # off my package and it was returned to sender. If they had answered my first call, they could have changed it and everything would have been ok. Unfortunately, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I've emailed and phoned for 3 days with no response and never an answer on the telephone. Right now, I've been on hold for an hour and thirty four minutes - don't know what to do because I really need the product and noone else sells it. Believe me, if someone else sold it, I'd go to them.
The worst. I purchased from them online. They processed my order- cleared my money through PayPal then notified me my order would not be shipped for over a month (shipping was suppose to be 5-14 business days). A month goes by, I heard nothing from them so I followed up and they said it would be another month. I canceled my order and only hope they give me a full refund. Online buyers beware.
Complete rip off. They will charge your credit card and never ship the product. Customer service does not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - it's a scam!
Do not buy anything from these guys. They are going out of business and will not stand behind anything they sell to you. They are also stiffing their vendors. Horrible company ownership. I would give them less than 1 star if possible.
