They hire a lot of us from Philadelphia and jersey lie to us about moving up within there company then drag us along for months, had us competing against each us to get scans when i got fired i had 230 scans in the three months i been hired then fired for lack of work, post scan cost 119 pre scan cost 59 i made them at least 14k, i could have did way better if they where more organize. When i was trying to move up they told me ASE don't matter all i need to know is how to use a manufacturer scanner and training me cost too much,
they sell there services sayin THERE TECH ARE ASE CERTIFIED, one by one we fall untill its me and MGN they will differently know who i am astech lie to me for three months without blinking push us to make astech money every week conference call putting people on blast who's not getting scan and why, they want us to get ten scans per day fifty scans a week thats at least $8000 so thats $35000 a month that's my yearly salary defore tax, it takes a lot of crash cars to come to one shop, this was my worst working experience every and it was very little working plug in a device walk away and wait for a phone call easy .I KNOW FOR SURE ASTECH ALL LIE'S THE INDIVIDUAL SCANNING NOT ALL ASE CERTIFIED SOME TO MOST DONT HAVE NONE THEY IS NO REAL HANDS ON ITS JUST A TITLE "TECHNICIAN" OR "DIAGNOSTIC COORDINATOR" NEVER TAKE THE DC JOB ONLY IF YOU WORK THE 40 HOURS NO MATTER WHAT THEY CALL AND TELL YOU AND KNOW ITS PART TIME DONT GET YOUR HOPES UP I WARNED YOU

Sad they buckled into giving into the insurance companies what they want they lowered the rates so other companies in business can no longer make a profit!!

Used to be a great place to work. But, as it always happens, progress!? It quickly turned into a place towhere the higher ups didn't care about the workers. And now, with covid, I hear it horrible. I used to love my job there. But everyone worth anything is gone.

As a small business owner I respect and respond to each individual and treat everybody equally and make sure give business owner who doing business more with us some credit ,unfortunately the market manager Charlie for this company as a day one we start doing business he look like he's already has full mouth of business and do not need more business each times I bring to his attention something very simple I can be resolved as a mobile service what you are as astech advertising he get excused right after each other I never have a payment issue with this guy's even the service was not completed and that attitude is horrible due to possibility as I said taken advantage of or better said I've used power due to none other competitor I am not satisfied

The mobile request dispatch is run very poorly. I returned the requested documents and never received a call back. I talked to crystal and another gentleman on the phone and never received any call confirming my appointment was scheduled. When I confronted the gentleman about the lack of response he acted like he could careless.
