I have ordered custom vertical ribbons for clients from Coller for two years now. They do a beautiful job, the ribbons look high quality and the prices are extremely reasonable. They have exceptional customer service and are quick with the turnaround. I can order 200 ribbons and have them within a few business days. They offer extra touches like the metallic gold imprinting and tape on the front in case you have existing badges to attach the ribbons to. I highly recommend this company! The product is excellent; as described. The initial price was fair and the shipping was reasonably prompt. However, for the shipping to be an additional 30% of the product price, especially when the product is so light, seems unreasonable.

I ordered four cardboard boxes to hold nametags for a conference. They cost about $24 each, which I think was tremendously overpriced for a cardboard box. The shipping was nearly $33.00! I received no UPS tracking number from Coller Industries. When I arrived home today in the middle of a rainstorm, UPS had set the cardboard box (full of smaller cardboard boxes) in the driveway in the rain. The outer box was soaked, and the four nametag boxes were wet. I don't have time to reorder if they don't dry out. I think the price of the boxes far outweighs their value and construction and very disappointed in UPS's delivery methods for which I paid an exorbitant fee.
These guys have done a great job for us -- most recent order I had a pretty tight deadline, and they produced around 24 aluminum name tags (engraved & colored) in just a couple days and had them to me early. Will definitely use them again!

Great products, shipped quickly. I've had several custom designed logo nametags created by them. Before they create them - they check in with me to ensure the design and spelling, etc. is all correct, then quickly make and ship exactly what I need. Very pleased with their work on several separate job orders for my medical practice and a software company I've worked with.

I ordered some products from Collier Industries and made a mistake reading the description. When I called asking to send the products I was missing they apologized and resent the order. When I realized the mistake was mine and not theirs they were very understanding and worked with me. It's an amazing company to do business with.
