Collective Solution International - Philippines Review

Not the company to work for if you are looking for a company to grow your career. Their company is managed by closed minded people. They'd tell you all the usual cliche about open door policy, work-life balance and caring for their employees but none of that actually happens. You are free to suggest and voice out suggestions and opinions as long as you do things their way anyway. You'd hear about work-life balance but you'd get schedules that are only four hours apart. And they'd blind you with regular activities and parties just to make you feel better about the below-standard salary.

What a day ... one of the worst company for me, poor management etc ... they will use you and after they get what they want they kick you like what happened to me last 2 years ago anyways blah blah

Lovely workplace, toxic free and comfy. Tho the salary is quite small, it is enough for those who live nearby and is enough for a living. Recommending this company if you want a job that is stress free.

They dont pay you equally and right !! This should be reported to DOLE and shut down. Employers are abusive and do not pay full wages. If you drive for 11 or 13 days, it only costs 10 days! Even with a special & regular holiday, wages are still 10 DAYS FIXED !! The heck!

The call are round and round in circles and it never ends, yes literally round , its like I have 10 clients calling them over and over again
