I' m working for this company from a long time. Double check about their commitments before joining. They will give you a false commitments and don't respond to your emails either. Beware of this company. I have never seen this kind of unprofessional people. Negative rating should be given.
Advice to management:-
Monitor your staff periodically to ensure that if they are making any false commitments to their employees. Details can be published publicly.

I will never recommend anyone consider to work for Collabera Inc, the company's hiring process is biased and unprofessional. Company s principles included Drashti Parmar have little desire to review potential candidate profiles before conducting interviews and reading resumes. Entire selection processes are based on wrong assumptions and biased interpretation. Stay away from Collabera Inc

Ive been with this company for two years. My bank has been trying to verify my employment for the last two weeks. They've been leaving messages and no one from Collabera has made any attempt to respond. They are only concerned with how much money you can make for them. The absolute worse, unprofessional company I have every worked for. Avoid them at all cost.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!! They will lie about everything from their last name and client address!!!! You will have to go through multiple emails to them for even basic info, which all ends up being lies!!!!! On top of that, in the past, I never heard from them again regarding interview feedback, despite reaching out and asking over a long period of time!!!! They're nothing but SCAMMERS, and then they have the audacity to apologize to you when they find out you're smart enough to catch on to all of it!!!!!! Their phone line also has an echo all through it too, which is also highly suspicious!!!!!

Very unprofessional recruitment agency. I have never received any feedback after my interview, despite many follow ups. I strongly do not recommend Collabera.

In one word "unprofessional." Recruitment intended to violate California Employment and Labor laws and anti-descrimination laws by refusing a person to attend a doctor's appointment. Violation based on disability and disabled veterans status also.

I intend to notify the California State Employment agency and any other legal agencies regarding this matter.

Collabera New Jersey office is really looks good and Collabera is good staffing company when you compare with other consultancies. But the concern is, they need to improve backend process to get the things done quickly.

I ve gone through Collabera for the past few years now. They re great about getting me work that gets me paid and actually uses the skills I have in a meaningful way. They definitely do a better job of job hunting on my behalf than I ever could.
