A beautiful concert hall right in the heart of Porto.

Good place for events, ventilated and with bar, complicated in the moment to know when there are many people which queue to follow for each part of the coliseum, especially when never has been in the place and this one is exhausted

In my opinion one of the best theatres/concert halls in Portugal. Definitely the best acoustics and environment!

I love it for many years. Good memories of various shows, music, theater, FITU etc. Excellent.

It is an excellent concert hall. It would be even more interesting if a large screen was placed on each side of the stage to facilitate the view of whoever is positioned farther from the stage.

Amazing architecture. Magic place for concerts / circus / theater. It has a parking car at the side, hard to spot, that gives direct access to the theater.

Reasonable because they could have better conditions in the building itself needing works

Good sound, in a spectacular room that excels in being in a landmark building for Oporto.

Bad conditions that take the pleasure of seeing a show to anyone. Canned sardines in the galleries, totally uncomfortable. Also noteworthy is the poor state of conservation of the coliseum itself, with patches on the ceiling, handrails all peeled off, bad condition of the painting, among others. Experience not to be repeated.

It is a historic room which is always nice to revisit.

Emblematic showroom in Porto. The coliseum of Porto is the largest and most important room in the city with a capacity for more than 3000 people and is prepared to receive all types of shows. A beautiful room, with excellent acoustics, a ceiling that is a true work of art and a privileged space for Porto to be able to receive the main musical artists that we visit. An ex-libris of the city of Porto. It is part of Porto's history and culture. No doubt it is worth seeing a show in this room. In addition for the tourist it is an asset, it has everything close by. From the best houses of Francesinhas in front of the Coliseum, there is also a hotel above the Coliseum. I recommend.

Not very comfortable, aging ... The room deserves a renovation because the place is ideally placed and the programming is very good.

This is a very run-down concert that needs much improvements. Seating is absolutely ridiculous and extremely uncomfortable. We all ended up with back pain and arse pain within half an hour of watching the concert. Made it impossible to enjoy the concert. Get it together Portugal! Those people who have this concert hall any more than 3 stars are either delusional or haven't been to many concert halls. It's an uncomfortable dreadful piece of work. Time for a renovation.

Center of Porto. Well located. Parking nearby. Location with history. Spectacle hall well conception for the time when it was built.

If you go to Porto, try everything to go see a show, it's beautiful!
