It looks cool but I need to check if the twelve to sixteen week timeline is fixed or if that changes based on our specific setup. The pricing page is pretty sparse so I am not totally sure what is included in that initial implementation phase yet.

The living operating model seems exactly what modern teams need to clarify who actually decides rather than just who reports to whom.
