I m going to state facts and not emotions. Trudi Dockstader and Daphne Baron made my first time
buying experience one that resulted in one of the worst experiences I have had. As a first time buyer, I was leaning on their knowledge and expertise on how to handle the whole process. They failed me time and time again. First. My initial inspection I had no idea what to look for. These two were on their cell phones the entire time. Fortunately, at one point, Trudi did take a quick look through the house and marked a few things. Daphne did not. Second. No one showed up at my final inspection. There are significant things that were missed that I am now dealing with months later. Third and the worst one of all. These two posted my name, a photo of my home, and my new address publicly without my consent. To this day, they don t believe what they did was wrong and was a simple mistake. It was not. I have reported them to the state ethics committee and the board of realtors. They, during an initial discussion, do believe what they did was wrong and shall I proceed, will be fined. That last one was a deal breaker as my privacy and safety was a major issue throughout. These are the facts. I recommend going elsewhere for your buying needs.
