Have had multiple bad experiences trying to purchase homes with sellers utilizing this company, despite offering tens of thousands of dollars over asking price. They are a bunch of shysters who prefer to stay in company and practice borderline illegal behaviors. Such as leaving available time slots on the computer to view the house, to then not allow a private showing until the open house. Stay away and do not give them your business. Very unprofessional. Going to report to PA board of realtors!

Submitted an all cash offer for 30k over asking on a CB property and still missed out. Was the first to schedule an appointment and immediately submitted my offer afterwards. Realtor was slow and took 2 additional days to provide the signed seller disclosure. Purposely, giving additional time for other offers to come in! Stop playing games with realtors and buyers who do not use CB. Will never recommend family or friends to use your company!

This is the only broker I have ever worked for, and I would never go anywhere else. When I started I was immersed in training and given all the tools I needed to do a great job.
