I recommend this shop. Becky gave me an apadravya piercing and she was professional, clean, and safe. Yes it hurt but it is worth the pain.

Becky is a rock star! I ve been pierced here a few times and she is the best. Becky has amazing bedside manner and communicates everything she s doing. The shop is part of the APP which is a professional group for piercers. They are clearly passionate about what they do!

Great atmosphere. Great selection of body jewelery, no egos everybody is very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Have been coming here for tattoos and piercings for a couple years now.

The staff was awesome as always. Danny and Mic juggled the onslaught of customers just as I arrived, giving each person their complete focus and attention in answering a variety of questions about the plethora of piercing/jewelry options on hand. Mic informed each of us that there was a bit of a wait and said we were free to either hangout or come back in about 15-30min if we wanted to grab a coffee or check out a neighboring shop. Mic did the piercings while Danny ran the front desk. Mic explained the procedures showing demonstrated sterile technique and asked about comfort and concerns before and during the actual stretching. When asked questions such as: "Do you have anything subtle? I'm not looking for anything extreme", or "Which of these is better?" Danny expertly reframed customers' statements by asking customers for their definition of subtle since what may be subtle to one person could be extreme for another. Danny also reviewed comprehensive aftercare and cleaning guidelines with customers in a comprehensive yet succinct manner. This was my third trip to the store and I left yet again a very happy customer.

Oh and their jewelry selection is rockin', I had to hold back on going overboard.

I ve gotten a few piercings here over the last couple years, including my nostril piercing, and I love this place. The staff are very experienced and kind and the place is clean and pleasant inside. Definitely will be returning!

Very friendly staff in a beautiful cozy studio. They are very approachable and will work with you to get the perfect piercing. There is a large variety of high-quality jewellery and I highly recommend getting pierced here. Becky is charming and will make you feel right at home.

Becky is fantastic, she's nice and knowledgeable. Got antibrow surface piercing the day after Thanksgiving, and just got my snakebite piercing today. Couldn't be happier!

They gave me great advice about when I d be able to change my jewelry out for my daith (inner ear) piercing. Christopher encouraged me to wait until it had more time to heal before buying a new ring for it. I appreciated that they prioritized my health over making a sale.

A Monroe piercing wiggled its way from my upper lip a week ago.

I ventured to a tattoo and piercing parlor known as Cold Steel on Height St. in San Francisco, CA.

There, I was told the stud and ball jewelry would cost $35.00 plus an insert fee shall I like to have them exercise their "expertise" upon my being.

I was about to gift such outrageous cost to this establishment until...
Fortunately, the women shop-keepers were so rude as they held tightly to their egos that my spirit told me to leave.

These haughty women who emit an air of arrogance over their clients simply for the fact that they are within a profession are not aware of just how much I am aware of the intricacies of the profession they poorly represent.

It could have been a jewel from the Nile, and I would not oblige myself to support humans who are so vile.

I remedied the situation by purchasing equivalent jewelry for $3.00 online, which I inserted myself.

I am all for supporting outrageous, if the heart is kind.

If not, no thank you. I choose to let sleeping dogs lie.

They were professional and explained what they were doing every step of the way.. my daughter and I both got piercings and we felt that it was done well and cleanly

I wish I could post a picture of how bad it really is. My sister and I got tattoos, very simple easy small heart tattoos and it s been a week and they are completely faded. They were horribly drawn to begin with but we thought, ok we can get the lines fixed but now we re out a $100.00 each and have half a tattoo...guy was really nice and I hate to leave bad reviews but absolutely horrible tattoos. We have numerous other tattoos and have NEVER had them just disappear, not even fade, just disappear...

Great burgers and shakes! Quick service excellent food and run & worked by the owners. I love the condiment bar that offers a ton of options to try on your burger or fish or chicken.

Came in 5 mins before they're closing (fall down from a bike half an hour before and lost ball from a ring in a nipple), and they help even with putting a ball into.

This was a amazing experience. Terry in the front was super cool and helpful with setting me up for my piercing. And Mic was amazing. He was very thorough with his marking and answering any questions I had about the piercing and he had the most gentlest of hands

I have always wanted a nose piercing! As, a nurse I was concerned if it was going to hurt, did I say I am a big chicken also. Another concern was with the sterility of the procedure and quality of jewelry. Cold Steel America Piercing and Tattoo was amazing. I went with my Sis . She had gotten a tattoo there previously. I was just along for the ride , she said that she would get my piercing as an early birthday present. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was introduced to Becky! She was freaking amazing. The procedure didn't even hurt. Her technique was off the chart. The area was pristine and sterile. And I was even able to sit in while my sis got her nose pierced by Becky and I watched Weston give her a exquisite tattoo. I am even thinking about my first tattoo!!! I will definitely be returning! Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience.

Highly reccomend this place for piercings. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. Any question you have they can answer. The selection of jewelry is vast and high quality. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and clean. When I went most recently the shop was packed with customers but I did not feel rushed at all, and the piercing artist was the perfect combination of friendly and professional even though I myself am quite annoying when I'm nervous.

people here are really nice, i had my lobes reopened by becky (i thought they were closed) and my friend had her septum pierced by her. it's very clean and even though the jewelry is pricey, it's good quality and there's a big selection. will definitely come here again for my next piercing

Everyone here is super nice and super helpful. My nose ring, that I bought from here, came out (totally my own fault) and they helped put it back in, free of charge!

Now I must admit, I have never had Jamaican food prior to today but I know food and this was delicious!!! The service was super friendly, the portions were perfect, and the price was right. I had the curry goat and my fiance had the jerk chicken and both were so good!!!! Go there!!! Now!!

I m pretty surprised by the positive reviews this shop has. I ve been to many body modification shops over the years and this is amongst my worst experiences. Bad customer service, unfriendly and condescending employees, unrealistic wait times, and exaggerated prices. I went down a couple blocks to Braindrops and had a much better experience there.

I love this place and trust it 100%. It s expensive, but worth it because of the quality. I ve gotten piercings and tattoos here and have walked away extremely happy, and I get compliments on them all the time! The staff are fun and chill and make you feel super comfortable. Love the place, the people and the final product!!

I got my nostril pierced here and they are very very professional. Not to mention clean! Their piercing rooms give you the privacy and sterility that you deserve. They also have quality products. Although they are a little on the pricey side
