Good morning, I am totally disappointed with the service Castor, I have already bought several mattresses, but this time, the poor service, poor positioning, everything leads me to believe that the company manager is not being competent to the position and to manage his minions. I bought a mattress 12/2/2020, and the mattress sank the springs, I complained on 4/5/2021 with a NATALY attendant, she did the correct procedure, I bought my mattress already because I had problems with my spine, 24/04 came in my residence and took out the defective mattress and left an infinitely worse mattress (TABUA). So far I have no position, last Friday I called 05/07 and they said that this is in the logistics, but so far nothing, my back has problems again, I am sleeping with a borrowed single mattress. I would like to know exactly the solution to my problem. Because I know that winning a customer is difficult, but to lose it is much easier to lose several. Customer Service (DISCEPTIONING).
