Fair enough location in Barcelona near football stadium and financial district. There is a nice college residency atmosphere. Internet runs a bit slowbut overall you will get a good quality price. It is calm and silent.
A college like Penyafort is a community in continuous evolution that will bring you great life experiences. Family treatment, freedom of hours in entrances and exits, commissions and clubs in which to participate, school parties, 400 friends and contacts, etc. It is certainly the best residential option.
Excellent college for students. Shared bathrooms, single or double rooms, common dining room with a little room for improvement, two gyms, a bar with billiards and television, a cinema room, several study rooms and others conditioned for your career such as architecture, basketball court, volleyball, handball, etc. very close to university area.

Two inch cockroaches running around, tiny room, no cold air in most of the entire building, wifi is spotty, cafeteria food is garbage. Shared bathroom/shower for the whole floor in most floors.
Good residence for students. The missing star is due to the disuse of CATALAN in reception, especially in the dining room and other rooms. It is a residence for students Catalan and Spanish, the official language but should know.
And besides, I find it very serious that it is NOT RECYCLED throughout the building. Given that there are many residents, not only is direct environmental impact generated but students are also not educated about the importance of recycling.
I have stayed there as emergency solution a couple of times and will do it again in the future. The personnel is very kind, the rooms are quite ok, the food is good (it's not a groumet place but I don't expect it to be so), the best is the rest of the residents.
