CANCER. It's what you will get from working there. Lead is airborne, toxic fumes from glues, solvents, epoxies and other resins. If that doesn't make you ill, the smoke from all the solder will.

Great company to work for. If you put in the proper effort, you will be acknowledged. Sure, they are non-conventional with regards to org charts and reviews and such, but that is what makes this place an enjoyable work experience. It s more personal and friendly. You can knock on the door of the president.

The product review regarding values of inductors not available is just plain wrong. Coilcraft datasheets that are publicly available all contain the values stated and stock of all values stated are stocked in a US and HK warehouses, easily available for overnight delivery globally. I use the overnight delivery feature quite often.

There are several reasons that this US-based component company has successfully competed against the Asian heavyweights for over 60 years with great successes.

Values of chips were not in the range that were promised by the catalog/website. This caused allot of internal scrap of our circuit boards. Coilcraft was not willing to help us out with any expenses incurred. I will not be ordering from them again. Buyer beware.

Terrible place to work, lots of head games and politics that will prevent you from advancement. No reviews... only cost of living pay increases. Machine build engineering department is terribly mismanaged at the home office. Designers are more like "messengers" who can't make their own decisions.

Great company to work for! Friendly employees, plenty of work/hours, and an interesting line of business (in my opinion) - one of my favorite jobs to date. If offered a position, definitely pursue!

The customer service at Coilcraft is Superb! Their Customer Representative, 'Jude' responded to my question with lightning speed! And the pricing is fabulous! I am very glad to find a company like this with outstanding quality products and excellent service.

The product is really high quality, and as an instructor (or student) i can get samples of any product quickly. Also, the coilcraft support and service is exceptional...thank you for the wonderful support!

Wouldn't recommend. Overpriced inductors that are made in China!!!
