I have worked for this company for almost 3 years. I have been supported in my career progression after the recent changes within the branch's structure and am now training as a quality officer. During my time as a care worker, I had the privilege of working closely with my line manager and was always listened to and supported within my role. Problems do arise, as expected within this industry but when properly communicated, are always dealt with well. From my own personal experience I would be extremly happy to recommend this company and am proud to be part of the Carewatch team.

I started with Carewatch back In February 2016. I have seen a lot of changes some good and some bad. We have recently had a office restructure which I think benefit us immensely. I love my job meeting different people from all walks of life and wouldn t change it. The job isn t perfect we have our bad days but we pull together to deliver the best care possible.

I have been working as a carer for carewatch for 8 months now and I can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever done. Being a stay at home mum of 4 children being out of touch with the work place, It was important I could work flexi hours and be well supported in this new career I had chosen. Carewatch have supported me from day one. The training i received was of a very high standard and it gave me the confidence i needed to start my journey within the care industry.

Most of the care reviews 5* are from members of staff Why would you comment on a service you are providing, surely it s down to the user to review the service provider. I would give No stars if possible Nothing has changed only the address I would not leave a family member in there care. After experiencing care from this company. Carewatch have recently taken over my Nans care, after hearing peoples feedback i was not to sure but as i had heard there are new people running it, i thought i would give them a try. My Nans regular carer is fantastic and so far the office have been very helpful we are off to a good start i hope it continues

I have been working here for 4 years, I have recently been prompted to care manager, since we have had a new restructure, since we have had our restructure lots of things have changed for the better, its given our branch a new lease of life and this was needed to improve our service. I am happy working here and we are always recruiting!

Disgusting Company to work for. Management are rude and act like children when you are sick or refuse hours. They then remove the work from your rota as punishment. No pay for travelling between jobs, and long unpaid breaks between jobs. Travel costs are not enough to cover fuel either. No communication from the office, who by the way write their own reviews to boost the company rating. Zero hours contracts which are a disgrace. Single female workers left to walk home on their own in the dark when car sharing. This job causes depression as the long hours equate to a shocking hourly rate. Please never work for this tin pot company.

The worst care service by a long shot. Carers are continuously late, no coordination in regards to daily timings. Different carers turn up daily and have not a clue what they need to do. Customer service is shocking. Pretty disgusting way to run a care service.

Every review above one star is a lie. The 5 star one's are by the liars in the office who couldn't care less about their staff or clients. The worst company I have ever had contact with.

I have been working here for almost 3 years. Started off as a CM2000 Admin, worked my way up as a Lead Admin. Since the recent re-structure, I feel more supported and valued in my role. Thoroughly enjoy my job with lots of support and training. Things are improving for better. I would recommend the company.

I have worked for Carewatch for over 3 and half years now. Firstly as a care worker which I loved although it had its bad days too. When i joined I was told that Carewatch encourage progression and now I am a Quality Officer, I started this role in December last year and although stressful at times I have had lots of support. Would recommend working for Carewatch
