I decided to rate this place with one star because they failed to tell my wife and I that the car we bought didn't have a spare tire. That would've been a deal breaker for us. Also, we're still waiting on some paperwork that we need to have for the extra protection plan that we bought. These people truly don't care about you after they are done with the sale. I will definitely not consider this place for my next purchase. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.

Coggin Used Cars of Orlando is amazing. Most of all, the people working here are amazing. I was greeted with a wave before I even got out of the car. I simply expressed what I was looking for, and they found vehicles that were as similar as possible. Love this place, and I highly reccommend.

Took my Accord in for a minor recall. It was also where I purchased the car. I could have went to any Honda dealer for the software fix, many closer to me than Coggin, but they have a great staff and it's why I purchased my last 7 cars with them.
DONT BUY HERE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! You call and call and call and no one picks up, and when they do pick up, they'll transfer you until the phone cuts out.
I moved to Orlando from NY and needed a car desperately. I decided to stop by Coggin to buy a Honda Civic. Ended up buying a used 2016 that just came in the lot since they were willing to give me "such a great deal". The car had some defects (dents, paint chips) which the sales rep promised they would fix. They told me to take the car as is since their dent and paint guy would not be in until the following week. I paid the car cash (15k) and the following week called for my maintenance request.
Long story short...its been 3 months and the manager who approved the maintenance request will not return my calls and he's the only who can attend me since apparently no maintenance request was ever put into the system (my sales rep quit too). Also it took them over 2 months to process my papers so I had to go in to get new temporary plates since they expired. AND to make things even better, my driver side window regulator just broke and no one can give me a straight answer so I just paid over $200 to have a mechanic fix it.
SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!
