The service is absolutely deplorable. A delivery is announced between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., at 6 p.m. still no delivery.
The "customer service" does not respond when they dare to charge the communication 15 cents per minute.
All this for a delivery invoiced at 59 .
Catastrophic. To flee
quote request by phone and email, for a large parcel shipment.
no response ..... contempt of the customer? too much work ? decimated by the virus?
Perfectly unreachable at any time. A call for a missed appointment, I receive an SMS which I cannot answer and cannot reach them .... A scandal!

You charge for communications after the beep while we wait and have no one on the line and of course no answer
after a little mess email and sms with different delivery date and difficulties to reach them on tel. I had the delivery this morning with a phone call 10 minutes before, as requested. 2 friendly delivery men but without masks! L Bruchon-Martinot
