It has bean a pleasure for the Hourglass Brewing team to work with the Cogent Analytics team. Timing of this was spot on as we were at many crossroads and critical decisions needed to be made. Accumulating data and building structure to our organization made all of our key decisions a much more scientific decision rather than on assumptions or misinformation. Professionalism and a sincere interest in all aspects of our business and our families made the process really get to the bottom of what was not working and now we can move our emphasis toward areas where we can grow and become more profitable. A bright future is now on tap for Hourglass Brewing!

Our evaluation was a great learning experience that pointed out things we already sort of knew and shined light on things we didn't know. The process was very professional and very informative. We are excited about putting some of the suggestions into practice to help our business improve.

It has been an absolute honor and privilege to work with our Cogent consultant. He is a true gentleman and scholar. For the 6 weeks that he s been at our office, we have executed a plethora of changes- big and small- throughout our business. What was so peculiar about our experience was how natural and organic it felt making all of these dramatic business changes. Our consultant was like an angle who descended from the heavens and told us in a divine speech what need to do. The consultant was our guide and mentor. Through simple questioning and investigation, he helped us realize what we needed and as a result, naturally we understood what we needed to do. Changes have already been implemented thanks to our Cogent consultant, and I am confident our business will be stronger and more efficient now that these changes are in place.

They matched us with the perfect coach. He was knowledgeable, likable and kept us on track with our progress. They helped us uncover the things you'd think would be obvious and showed us how to manage all of our processes and finances in an efficient way. They literally changed the course of our company for the better.

Our Cogent Analytics rep was/is one of the most awesome people I've met. He came and pushed our company out of our comfort zone and helped us find flaws we didn't know existed. I would not change anything about our experience with Cogent and would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

Overall this was a very positive, useful and encouraging experience. Warren was able to cut through the clutter and reach each of us individually at the level needed to make a difference in our firm. He offered clarity and relevant advice. He was able to keep the process upbeat even when discussing sensitive topics that had been problematic for us. We are already feeling the impacts of his efforts and are optimistic that this endeavor will have a lasting impact on our business. The only reason I didn't award five stars is because I believe a fair amount of time was needed to get a solid understanding of how our business, an architectural firm, operates. The nuances of our practice, I believe, are fairly unique and require special insight to our business needs. However, I would definitely recommend their services

Originally, 1 Star review, received a follow up call from Managing Director apologizing for the hang up and noting that they will improve their process. Really appreciate the follow up and have raised it to 3 Stars. This means that they do care about improving service levels. (And that they would remove me from their call list).

Rude. Received unsolicited call trying to sell services to me. Politely said I was not interested and asked to be removed from call list, and they just hung up. Certainly would not use a company with such tactics.
