The casino is great. There are allot of slot machines and it is easy to navigate. There is also a good selection of places too eat. We stayed at the RV park which is nice. The only draw back is they pack everyone next to each other when there is room to space then out. It would have also been nice to be given a map and directions to get to the assigned space. We did have a good time.
Beautiful casino. Quiet area for RV stay. Reasonable rates. Electric only with 30 or 50 amp.
The best casino in the Northwest absolutely love this place and there staff is great also the best host Jordan was amazing after he left kind of went downhill but they are getting it all back together we feel like family here wish they had things for kids to do other than swimming definitely would bring my family along we go here at least twice a month and drive 3 hours to get there hoping in the future they will do an arcade or a Children's Place for their guests
Clean, quiet in the hotel, spacious, great price. Downsides: no free breakfast and 30min drive to all the action in Coeur d'Alene.
I will say, we mixed up the dates for checkout and the hotel called us while we were out on the lake. They were professional and gave us the option to buy another night or have housekeeping pack up our belongings. We chose for housekeeping to get our belongings and they assured us that security would be there to protect our belongings. When we arrived at the hotel to get them, everything was accounted for and seemed to be packed with care. A clear sign that good people work there.
My husband and I had a great experience. From Check In with Cindy to the amazing service we received at the Red Tail Restaurant. The restaurant manager Brian had exceptional customer service "You're the Best Brian". Crystal the Red Tail Hostess was such a sweet girl and handled a few not-so-nice guests with class. Hubby said the course was great and he can't wait to play again. But of course there had to be one complaint. Ramona at Guests Services was awful. We stood in line waiting to be greeted by her and nothing. She was just sitting there avoiding eye contact. She was rude to the guest services lady that actually helped me. It was sad to see. I was told by another guest service employee that she was new. Someone needs to speak with her and let her know that she does not meet the standards of your employees at Coeur d'Alene Casino and she may want to find somewhere that she is happy. One bad apple didn't ruin our stay though. We LOVED it! Thank you guys!
Great hotel and nice employees. We stayed in the new spa tower because the rooms are modern and huge!! Very clean and quiet. We ate at Chinook Steak restaurant. Very good food and service. Husband golfed while I went to spa. Great place to vacation!!
Very friendly staff (earned an extra star . I appreciated not having to go through the main casino to reach our room. Parking is generous and well lit with visible security, with plenty of room for big SUVs and RVs.
I wasn t happy with a room that I have to clean myself. The night stand had what I hope was sticky soda drips on it.
I was tired after a long drive and I didn t want strangers cleaning once we were in it (Covid), so I cleaned it myself.
Yes, less expensive than my usual CdA Hampton Inn & Suites but I ll spend the extra money to have a CLEAN room, smart phone digital keys and the ability to walk to various restaurants and hiking trails.
If money is the sole object, this would work. I want to enjoy my time off, not clean my room.
This was so much fun!! I am a penny slot machine lover and we played for 2 hours on only $20. I love the free drink and coffee station. The slot machine techs were very helpful. The ladies at the comp card station were very polite.
Bed was to die for, loved it. A nice big room. Needs to pay attention to dust on things and big hand prints on window. Great coffee, was great food also.

I could only give 3stars to this casino. Spent 4 nights there while the room was clean and adequate there was no microwave for long stays. Red tail restaurant and Chinook restaurants were superb! Servers were awesome, prices and food was excellent! The coffee shop had unspecified hours. Never knew when they were open.. Unfortunately a lot of the front desk staff were lacking in courtesy.. the valet staff, especially Cindy went above and beyond! Gaming here was not fun. Machines were extremely tight! I never go in expecting to win but would like to keep playing at least. Over all my experience was a 3, I had higher hopes for this establishment.
