Saved me a costly and long trip to the ER. Went into there urgent care at night, hoping for treatment for what I thought was food poisoning. Turned out to be strep. After a 20 min wait I was able to be seen and got treatment right away.
WORST HEALTH CENTER THEY LACK VERY BAICS CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR OVERALL. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STAR.

Covid testing was quick and easy! They used the self administered swab tests. Staff was very nice and the office felt very safe with plenty of barriers in place and masks strictly enforced. They do have parking but it's limited so if you have an appointment make sure to leave time to wait a few minutes in the parking lot, or find street parking (there is plenty near by)
Codman Square Health Center is the clinic I chose for my health care for a reason: they are great there. Very friendly and competent especially my provider Dr Pamela Adelstein. I feel very well cared for. Thanks everyone on CSHC. You ate the best!

There is a lot of improvement that need to take place.
5 stars for location although I ll give it 2.5 for parking. I feel it s not necessary to have an appointment due to the fact that the fifteen minute grace is only applicable to them. If you more than fifteen minutes late the recommend you to reschedule. Although if ur on time u can wait more if not excessively. They have awesome providers but at times once in the room I feel rushed. The schedules are off ( example I was scheduled for one thing even tho I asked for something else). And urgent care is not so urgent. I called due to my daughter having flu like symptoms and I received a call back from urgent cate on call doctor three days later. By that time she was fine. So as far as time management and communication on services and service times the rank poorly in my book. Providers and location are superb even though they may change them at the last minute
Service is so much better. Went in for a mammogram and was in and out in less than 40 min. 3-5 yrs ago the appointment would have taken no less than 2 hrs. Thank you for the changes.
Some providers are really nice and awesome but the overall run of the center isn t very smooth or professional. I don t recommend if you want to be taken seriously, listened to or cared for. But for something quick it s okay.
This health center has been incredible during the pandemic. Anytime I've had to get tested for work, travel, etc, there have been no issues. Easy to get in touch with, easy to schedule, and quick turn around for results. They also offer all of the vaccines available for Covid and let you pick which one you want to take. They have partnered with Boston Medical Center and you have actual staff and nurses from BMC administer, collect, and report back the results. My chart is easy to use for electronic access. I honestly have to say that during a time when hospitals are at capacity all over the country, and healthcare workers(THANK YOU All) are bearing one of the worst known burdens in modern history, Codman Square Health Center has done a stellar job of providing safe, clean, and accessible support to communities of color in Boston. Thank you.
