Use to love this places but u ask for help they dont want to help

Super nice staff, unique merchandise but don't sign up for Backstage

I I'm absolutely in love with the store! I'm a huge Kpop fan, and anime junkie so this place is kinda like home. The workers were nice and it was very easy to locate the things I needed.

I was doing some early Christmas shopping and found The Goofy Movie on DVD for my brother. They also had a unique selection of food items towards the front counter

I come here all the time and the two girls there are always so helpful and go out of there way to make my trip better. The store manager, I think I ve heard them call her Jess, is always on top of helping me when I call or come in. Since there are no baskets she s always offering to hold my items for me while I shop. And the little girl at the register; I can t think of her name, I think it starts with an M, is so polite. She s the sweetest employee I ve interacted with in all the years of been visiting. They both make time for customers even when there are a lot of people in. I can safely say I will do all of my nick knack shopping here.

Great used cd and DVD collection. Selection of used vinyl records ~$5, rotates regularly.

Found what I was looking for, but took me a bit to find it. I was not really expecting the movie I was looking for to be in children's but hey, they had it and I didn't have to pay full price for a new one.

Has a lot of cool pop culture items to buy but is very expensive

Ok for a for gifts & some items but not everyone needs that when they do a return with the receipt especially if you make a return. It should be debited or credited or cash refund.
NOT IN STORE CREDIT.. ASIDE THAT I CAN DO ALL BUSINESS IN Hardcopy & Spencer's in the mall. That goes way above & beyond coconuts.

It has been some years since that I was last there.Nothing like I remember before.I was was kind of disappointed.Not much Heavy Metal T-shirts anymore.

They focus too much on funko pop figures, and that type of stuff, and not enough on music or movies.

Coconuts CD selection is pretty poor these days. It's not much better than the selection at Wally World! The movie selection isn't much to write home about either. You can always find the same DVDs that every department store sells, but never anything interesting. Prices are high too!

Cool selection of products. Nice to browse every once in a while.

I absolutely love this place for every product that they sell. Best place to get small gifts for that special person or friend. A large collection of POP figures and cool Japanese gift boxes.

Some nice things. But are overpriced. Reproduction records are higher than the original ones & can find those just as easy. Other things in the store are easily found at other stores in the area. Honestly a store that is outdated.

After purchasing an item for my wife I realized she had it after opening it. I was told over the phone I could return the item. Drove to the store only to be told by one worker I could return, then the other employee called ANOTHER employee, then refused my return. I had everything included and the receipt. It's a shame, it used to be one of my favorite stores.

Lady at the register today's asked for my email. I asked her for what. She said email again. Again I stated for what. She asked a third time. I asked yet again for what reason. Then she made a frustration sigh and never told me what reason she needed my email for. Very rude to ignore what the customer is asking. Then make a rude noise after being asked 3 times what for. Fix your employee.

You can find any movie or music at this place, my husband came here 15 years ago looking for an old ZZ Top CD, being a truck driver he has looked all over and couldn't find it. He walked in and we found it fast. He use to shop dad's CD in Tennessee, but started coconuts. Dad's CD has since went out of business. He is a music lover, only watches movies and hated commercials

Best place to find some older movies and some newer movies.

With FYE closing its doors, we have been missing a place to find this type of merch. Seems as though they bought out a closing FYE, bc they had some FYE merch! We had come to visit from Nashville, and my husband was elated that I'd found this place! He is wanting to make a drive up JUST for Coconuts soon!

Stood in line with over a hundred dollars of merchandise. Female behind the counter waited on other people and ignored me. Then rudely informed me that I wasn t in the correct line and should not have been standing there. I was directly behind another customer at a register and there is nothing posted to indicate a line . Bottom line she was rude and is the store manager. Tired of rudeness and poor customer service!!! Won t be back!!!!

My experience at coconuts on Green River road was very poor the heavier-set lady work in the wouldn't get off for but to help me look for a CD I was in there for I asked her twice if she could help me find the CD and she just stood and looked at me said you can search it in the CDs by his last name instead of helping the customer she just sat there I highly recommend going the Best buy where I had good customer service everyone was friendly and extremely willing to help me find what I was looking forI'm sorry for coconuts that they have an employee like this working for him who is just collecting a check and sitting on her but not doing anything very poor customer service no one greeted me when I entered the building I will not be going back to coconuts on Green River I was in there on 09/5/19 around three o'clock

Mia was incredibly kind and super helpful! I was amazed at how much inventory was left so close to Christmas. My teen boys will be very grateful!

I drove from Beaver Dam Ky at LEAST one hour away to make a country cd for my car. I made my cd, went to checkout around 8:41. Cashier asked if I was paying cash or card I told her card. She then ask what am I paying for. I told her my cd I just made, she said oh we don t do that after 8:30 I said there s no sign in the store that says that...I told her I drove a hour or more to come to this store to make a cd. Her response was okay, have a good night I ll never step foot in this store again. Terrible service, terrible cashier! Drove a hour for NO REASON!!!!

Things a priced higher than what I think they should be

Best place to buy music they carry like every album.and artist you wouldn't fund at Walmart plus some issues used so it's cheaper

This place was amazing! I could easily locate where I could go to get what I needed and it was so intriguing to look around the store! I found the perfect gift for my friends for the holidays! The cashiers were also so kind and we had a lovely short conversation about some of the items there! I would love to go and visit again sometime soon!

Has new and used music and videos. Good prices. Employees are very nice and helpful.

In the past the staff have been very rude. This time they were friendly. The three stars is because they are always out of the items I want.

Prices are high, but they have literally everything. If you are a gamer, film, anime, manga, comic, music or toy fan, they have something for you. Geek culture strongly represented with everything from candy to throw blankets. Huge selection of cds, vinyl, and dvds. Both new and used. Would be very easy to drop some serious cash. Recommend highly, but stop by the atm first.

How y all only open from 11 to 7 but gonna close the store down for lunch with at least 5 or 6 customers looking around. Not sure how this place makes money.

Being embarrassed by unprofessional employee in front of the whole store with your family by your side is not fun. YES ! I opened two finger spinners for my daughters to view when approached by certain employee in regards of opening spinner boxes apologised and told her I will be buying both spinners . When leaving store with bought items being approached by management regarding not buying items as promised because employee told management we did not buy items we opened . I guess having recite for 2 spinners costing 20.00 each was not good enough for employee. Then having the nerve to argue it's not like that.Please next time let management deal with issue .

The staff are extremely nice and I can find almost any movie I'm looking for when I go and have many other wide variety of items I like

I really love entertainment shops like these which have used merchandise and other neat collectibles. I remember buying my very first CD from this store when I was a little kid. As an adult I'm glad to see their partnership with f.y.e. which saves me some money. Even with all the new technology to listen to music, I still love having the album for my collection, they have a surprising number of bands and groups in stock, even some I never expected to see.

They have a huge selection of items that you do not find anywhere else

They got music, movies, collectables. Also have vinyls if that's your thing. Large boxes of candy as well.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE!! They have cute stuffed animals and t shirts and they have kpop CDs along with anime, losts of movies, Japanese candy and cool gummy snacks!

Its like a smaller FYE. I believe they are affiliated. I found movies here that ive been looking for, for a very long time! Great staff and great selection.
