A good insight of world of coca cola. Good place to visit.
Do you like Coca Cola? Then you will love this place
It was an interesting narration on the history of Coke. A fair amount of detail if you wanted to read everything as I did.
I liked it. The drinks were good (some were really bad but they weren't coke)
The reason I took a star is because you had to wait a lot to take a picture with the polar bear. The bear went on 20 minute breaks. They could have had two people in bear costume so when one went on a break the other would replace it. And they didn't have any entertaining stuff. Maybe they can put have a person juggling coke bottles. But overall I liked it.
When you walk in there's a person who gives you a Coke then there's a movie theater that you can sit in and then there is movement and they throw water and wind I would always go to this place and these are the photos
Staff should be friendly... the lady at the last video was horrible.
Great place the visit, you can try sodas from all over the world.
Great attraction. Something for everyone . The best of Coke commercials. An overview of the bottling process. The history of the secret formula.and much more. Great gift shop. Excellent value. Free soda to drink.
What an awful site, a shrine to the most evil corporation in history. Why anyone would be a fan of a business that has been rotting out the teeth of the world for 120 years is beyond me. On top of selling addictive beverages that slowly kill you (which they heavily market to children) they also make sure that they're products are all sourced in the most unethical way imaginable.
From the Coca-Cola killings in Columbia (google it, its worth a read), where Coca-Cola employed hitmen to ensure their workers in a 3rd world country would not unionize, to the recent scandal at "Fair Oaks Farms" where massive amounts of animal abuse were carried out due to Coca Cola only caring about their bottom line. You can rest assured if you support this Corporation, you support the devil on Earth.
So many interesting things and different types of coca cola all over the world
Great place to take a leisurely trip through the history of coke. There are movies, interactive areas and free samples of coke beverages from around the world. Don't forget all the coke merchandise you could ever want!
I only went to the store. I regret not buying Surge. That stuff is good.
An exhibition of Coca-Cola history and pop culture. If you are in Atlanta it is, in my opinion, worth a visit but one should not expect too much of this place. The 17$ standard entrance fee (2019) seems quite high until you get free cans of Coke everywhere inside. The highlight awaits you at the end of the tour, where you can taste a large variety of drinks of the company from all over the world. Mostly the exhibition consists of historical merchandise items in relation to Coca-Cola. The full round trip will take about 2h in total.
Definitely interesting the first time and great for an afternoon date
Wonderful place to visit with kids . Loved to drink all coke flavors around world
I don't really like coke but I am super impressed by the coca cola company and all they have accomplished. Interesting tour - kinda like a brewery but for kids. Can taste sodas from all over the world in the tasting room, which was cool.
I love Coca-Cola so naturally I love visiting here. Staff is always so upbeat and helpful.
Very interesting, loved the different kinds from around the world.
I honestly thought this place was going to be another overpriced experience, but for $17 it was worth the couple of hours I spent there. I got to learn some of its history and try out a lot of soda flavors from all over the world.
Free Coca Cola, differently taste of sweet happiness
Really fun place and soda tasting except your costume bear looks like it would show up in my nightmares.
Personally, I liked the older building better, but this new building is so gorgeous. The previous museum had a clear route to go from one room to the other. There was no guessing or even, "hey, where do you want to go now". The new world of coke is enormous, and it has a huge window upstairs that overlooks the aquarium. Once you do the initial intro and watch the movie, you are on your own to figure out where to go and what to do. I love the last room where you can try all the coke products from different countries. You can drink as much as your body will hold! And...as you leave, you get a small glass coke as a refreshing momento.
So much history about and my favorite thing was the tasting room and getting free soda in the tasting room. Highly recommended l.
Awesome place to visit and taste different drinks which Coca-Cola makes in the world. They have got a nice history to talk about. First few minutes was about the history of where and when it started, about when and who created the formula, about how it was made in those days, how and where the secret was kept these years. They also have a working model where they show how they do bottling of Coke. Finally it was the tasting room, where you wouldn t miss a chance of tasting different beverages Coca-Cola makes in Asia, Latin America, North America, Europe. Overall it was a nice experience
Great place to visit while in ATLanta or passing through! So cool and the kids always love going here. Highly recommend going here, Check it out!
Got tickets for free while I was in the city. It was a cool experience, but a little boring and child oriented. Great place to take kids. Not very engaging for adults, in my opinion.
Fun way to learn about the world's favorite soft drink, and a very interesting museam. Overall great time
Loved it recommend city pass. If we wouldn't of had it we would of easily stood in line for 2 hours
Too much Coke for a theme! They should try to mix the experience with some random games... It lacks of meaning
Had a great time. Very reasonably priced. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!
A 2 hour coke commercial with all you can drink coke products. The best room is the room filled with different coke products from around the world to taste. It's a real adventure. Don't drink Beverly...
This was my second time to the World of Coca-Cola. I had a great time visiting here with my wife and son. I would definitely recommend buying the Atlanta City Pass because they have a special line for this. We visited during Memorial Day weekend and the place was extremely busy, however the staff was friendly and they have lots of cool stuff for kids old and young to see and enjoy.
Very good. You can try flavors of Coca-Cola and many Coke products. Look into the history, watch a film in the 4d theater, or watch some old advertisements for Coca-Cola. You can also get a picture with the Coca-Cola polar bear. Very worth the cost.
They wouldn't take change and go to the penny machine for me since they were booked up. Im on a cross country road trip and I had no idea you should reserve.
Overall it's a great experience. But whoever invented that Beverly drink from Italy needs to be punched in the face.
Love world of Coca Cola! The must see place in Atlanta! Better to go there early in the morning. A lot of exhibitions. And a lot of cokes to taste before the exit. That is the best part of my trip to Atlanta! Interesting to find out some coke is actually bitter... feels like traveling around the world. There were also story telling , pictures with the bear, a 4D movie, large exhibition. Kids friendly. Very nice job, Coca Cola! Will go back if I have a chance.
It was neat to see the history. Coca-Cola has differentiated itself with its advertising. That being said, they get the kids buying Coca-Cola themed products in the gift shop. My personal thoughts are they should be paying me to wear their stuff or give it away for free. The pricing of items isn't outlandish, but they are above my price point in terms of wearing thier gear. If I were them I'd be giving it away.
One of the famous attractions in Atlanta Georgia. It has the whole manufacturing process details, few belt moving with bottles from one section to other looks fabulous. People go nuts for trying out 100s of flavor of Coca-Cola from the world free of cost. You can taste as many times and decide which is best for your taste buds. It has huge crowd during weekends. Good place to explore and knowledge. Nicely made and location is perfect. Only parking is challenging.
I didn't think this would be very good, but I was completely wrong. I signed up for a VIP tour, which to me was worth the extra dollars. We moved through the Tour very quickly and we had a Guide to explain everything to us and if you had any questions you could ask them immediately. I would definitely recommend this, and I'm sure you will like it. The opening video clip is it real tear jerker but definitely worth your Time :) :) :)
Was the 100th year Anniversary was a long line but the line moved great . Free tickets free Cola and great Coke Cola exhibits. Me and the family had a great time.
Great place to take kids. The interactive exhibits are fun, but the most fun is found at the fountains there you can try 100 flavors of drinks from around the world. Must try = roasted plum from China... it tastes like bbq sauce!
Spent about an hour here and had a great time. Both educational and fun. My favorite section was trying out the cokes from around the world even though most tasted nasty.
Worth a visit. Variety of stuff to engage visitors for 3-4 hours. The coke tasting part was the best. Would perfectly do for a family visit as the kids would love it.
Took my boyfriend here for his birthday, we both had a blast.
Worth it! I've got a lot of tourists traps in my day but World of Coca-cola was one of the best. If you're a fan of the soda it's a must. And if you're a Pepsi drinker it's still one of the 10 coolest things in Atlanta
We've been here several times. We've taken friends here several times. A couple weeks ago we took some visiting friends to the World of Coca-Cola and the whole place felt...boring. The 4-D ride is jolts beyond comfort and desperately needs to be updated. They no longer give out a free coke made at the plant, the plant inside isn't functional anymore. Instead, you get a small coke product as you walk that you almost immediately have to discard before doing anything else. There's no WOW factor. It used to be the sampling of all the different products of coke. Now that same experience is confusing and crawling with people. You can barely test anything without waiting in a line! It was almost embarrassing how little there is to do. Point being, this place needs re-imagining. Put a real ride in here! Maybe something like a peoplemover where you ride throughout the museum? Or even just an update to the 4-D theater at least! We will not be taking ourselves or our friends here until updates are added.
This place is amazing! It was a little costly, but worth it. There are lots of things to do there that you absolutely cannot do elsewhere. It was fun and a great place to go with the family. If you go to Atlanta with a good amount of cash, this is a great museum to visit.
Well organised museum about the history of Coca-Cola. And the tasting at the end is just amazing. More than 100 drinks to choose from.
Nice historical exhibitions. Taste of Coke products from around the world.
It is worth it to go and see if you love coke a cola
Thought it would take longer to walk through and the movie was a little corny, but it's a fun place. The ads are interesting, and the memorabilia is cool to look at. Don't know if it's worth it by itself, but the city pass is a good deal.
The World or Coca-Cola is a great exhibition for both young and old. Through the first part of the tour, you get the opportunity to look at memorabilia and iconic figures and drawings since the inception of Coke. You then go into a theatre to watch one of the happiest videos (and you might shed tears, I know I did). Afterwards, the museum is yours to explore. For kids, there is a spy-like exhibition where you are looking for the secret formula to coke. At the end of that exhibition, they show the vault where the recipe is stored. It is amazing to think about how a small recipe for a sugar syrup became the multi-billion dollar business it is today.
You also get to see all the different drink brands that Coca-Cola owns. Trust me, you will be surprised at what other drinks you know about and possibly drink are owned by this parent company.
Additionally, there is a 4D theater showing the quest for the secret formula. This again is catered for kids.
You can go sit in a comfy room and watch commercials from both around the world and throughout time as well. It is actually quite interesting to watch.
The place that EVERYONE wants to get to in the end is the tasting room. Here, you can enjoy tasting Coke products from around the world. Want to know what sodas are in Asia? Try them! You can drink as much as your heart (and more importantly your stomach) desires. Somehow, all the Coke here tastes extremely refreshing and quite tasty. This alone is worth the $17 entry.
Do come here if you are on the fence. If you like soda even a little bit, you will love this place.
Very cool tour. My middle school students loved it!
Very fun and entertaining. Lots of activities to choose from, and very friendly employees.
Fun area to visit. There are many things to do in and around the World of Coca-Cola. There is a great deal of information on the history of Coca-Cola. The information is presented in several different formats to increase engagement. There are many photo stops within so you should be able to get some great shots to pick from. The tour is primarily self guided but is initially started with a short presentation by a staff member that concludes with instructions if how the building is layed out. You finish with a tasting area so that you can sample flavors from around the world. Once you leave there and enter the gift shop you cannot re-enter. They will take some pictures of you that can be viewed and purchased in the gift shop.
So much fun things to do and learn history of an amazing company that is Coca Cola
This place is popular and that means crowded. Pack your patience. You get placed into large groups that move through the first several stages of the displays. Get tickets online because it cut off a huge amount of wait time for us. Prepare to pay for parking as well. It s worth a one time visit if you happen to be in the area. I wouldn t go too far out of my way to visit unless I was a true Coke fanatic.
Nice place . Tickets a tad expensive , could have easily been priced a little more competitive
Amazing place to pass the time and do some tourism in Atlanta. Definitely recommend to take the time to visit. Of course they sell a lot of thing I wish I could bring back home with me but i wouldn't know where to put them. Don't take the coke they give you at the entrance so you can have the taste of all flavors inside of the museum.
Interesting if you love coke. Sample flavors are very interesting.
Incredible museum! General admission price is very reasonable given the amount of time you spend exploring the museum - easily 2-3 hours. Many interactive activities as well and a lot of learning behind the history of coca-cola.
Very interesting place where you get to know about how Coca Cola is actually made.
If you're interested in Coca Cola history and to your list
First visit to Atlanta and it was really interesting learning how Coca Cola has had such a big impact in Atlanta when founded and then how it grew to become one of the world's biggest brands. As there's not that much to do in Atlanta, I'm really glad I visited here, it's a good day out for any age and for families too.
You can try drinks produced by Coca Cola offered all around the world for free which was good fun.
They even have a 4D theatre here which is the first I've ever been to!
Very impressed with this museum. The $17 for adults to get in is completely worth it. There is a lot of history that can be discovered here, a 4D theatre, a taste testing station of over 100 Coca Cola products from around the world and much more.
It was done nicely but there is not enough interesting content for them to work with. A lot of the attractions were miss leading. They would tease certain topics only to give you nothing. I would only recommend it if you literally have nothing else to do and you are stranded in Atlanta
Air conditioned attraction!! We went to World of Coca-Cola because it was in the CityPass. They hand you a coke, welcome you, give a brief history of Coke, and show you a short film (which made me cry) before the self tour. We took a picture with the polar bear, viewed the vault (and learnt about the history of the secret recipe), saw machines used to bottle coke (they do not run) and tons of memorabilia. Our favorite part of the experience was trying soft drinks from around the world. The vegetable soda from Japan was surprisingly not bad, and Africa had interesting fruit flavors. It was fun, but I'd caution people to try only the tiniest sip of Beverly (from Italy, I think). You exit through the gift shop (imagine that); if you buy a surprise bag a cashier will ring a bell and shout surprise (it happens all the time so don't be alarmed). We bought two small surprise bags and received a lanyard and a wristlet. It was a fun, cool activity on a hot day.
The tasting room is by far the best part. Very informative
It was okay, the tasting room was cool (Beverly was the BEST
If you're a huge fan of Coke you'll love this place. Otherwise it was just ok. Best thing about the tour was the tasting room at the end where you can sample Coke products from all over the world.
A cool museum for Coca-Cola. I didn t realize how many different but familiar drinks it owns. One fun part is to try different flavors in different continents. Great staff, very friendly.
This "museum" is riddled with the conjecture that a conglomerate will bring the human race together via sugary beverages.. sweet enough to give 2, 3 or more avoidable health diseases in ones lifetime. It's better to see it as is.. a building filled with marketing soot, consumer exploitation at its finest (visitors pay to subject themselves to crafty subliminal messages, sugar addiction, and heightened instant gratification with visual stimulus) .. enjoy. Wish my parents knew better.
Very interesting to see. Fun. I had a wonderful time
This place is so much fun! Tasting Coca Cola products from around the world was our favorite part. We highly recommend this as a stop if you re ever in Atlanta!
Spent around 2 hours here. It was a good experience, there was plenty to see or do and was quite fun. The gift store was also full of cool products. Enjoyed my trip here.
A fun history museum about Coca Cola. Kids have a fantastic time at the end with the soda stations with soda from around the world.
Must do tourist attraction! I now live in the Atlanta area and still go at least twice a year - it never gets old! So many fun soda samples!
Was a super fun attraction! Would suggest getting there early! Just didn't like the 4D ride, just a bunch of back and forth jolts. Loved the tasting room!
The bottling part of the tour was shut down, bummer. I was there with my Kindergarten class and we were disappointed
Coca Cola fans will certainly like it ! Nice informative tour ! 4D show very bad - need seat belt for those seats ! Don't prefer if you have any back pain or something like it. You try coca cola products from all over the world.
A must visit! Next door from aquarium. All starts with complimentavery can of your fav cola. Then funny guide that they have, jokingly and interesting telling the history of Coca cola. Big movie theater where you watching the cola movie. You can take a pic with the polar bear, but will have to wait in a line for a while. Then check out the secret formula and of course the tasting room. We tried all kinds of fanta they produce all around the world and you can drink as much as you can))
On your way out take some memorable souvenirs, that quite pricey, but I managed to spend only $25 and get cool stuff from their gift shop.
