The quality fell short of expectations. The banner material seemed less durable than anticipated, and the colors weren't as vibrant as showcased on the website. Additionally, the delivery took longer than the promised timeframe, which left us in a bit of a bind for our event. Communication could have been more responsive as well. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for. 🌧️
