A bad employer.

A bad employer.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to have worked for some truly outstanding organisations that provided inspiring and enjoyable work environments for their employees. On the other hand, I have also been somewhat unfortunate to have worked for companies like Cobalt Ground Solutions at LCY and LHR, who, for one reason or another, were not capable of providing adequate (and, at times, legal) structures for their staff.

Worst experience !

Worst experience !
Flying business class leaving Heathrow was told when checking in my bicycle it was not booked.
Funny that, as I had already flown half way around the world without any issue.
However.... fact is the airlines had been notified before leaving Australia.
Half an hour later and 50 pounds out of pocket my bike was allowed on.
The staff were amongst the most extremely rude arrogant unhelpful people i have ever met.
Obviously they hate bike riders.
Shame the review process doesn't provide no star option as 1 is way to generous for these lowlifes.

Terrible! Brought kids to check as UMs 2.5 hours before their long-distance flight from London to Jakarta.. Was made by rude staff to write out UM information in triplicate despite the kids already having UM forms; was then told to take the kids away and bring them back in one hour; was then informed they could not under any circumstances be taken into the care of the airline until 60 minutes before the flight - despite the fact that one of their own staff had said 90 minutes - and despite the fact that I needed to be elsewhere checking in other children.

I had a very unpleasant check-in experience with my family because the agent was asking my partner for a visa not aware that Directive 2004/38/EC allows any EU citizen to travel to any country within the EU with his non-EU partner. This Directive entered in force in 2006, which means 12 years ago.

It was eventually sorted but I have no patience to endure such experiences that ruin a travel enjoyment.
