They are THE BEST!!! I went to pick up my dog and she came back looking gorgeous. She smelled very good and the cuts are very clean. She came home looking like a show dog. The only flaw is that it was a little pricy but in the end it was totally worth it! Everyone s so nice and they do a great job. I am so happy with what they have to offer.
Every groomer at Coats and Tails is talented, knowledgeable, and meticulous. We have a setter we have to keep in a show coat and there are few people up to the task, every time. We are soo grateful to the C&T team!
My dog doodle is a husky and fluff mix . He started losing his winter coat a week ago . Dog hair became not just an accessory but also a condiment . It was a terrible existence .
Caitlin was scheduled for doodle and I am so happy with the results. He had never been to a professional groomer before , and I have never seen him look so great ! Even he looks like he s feeling himself . Thank you Caitlin for dealing with his personally during a new experience and taking good care of him . He looks and is acting like a whole different dog .

I have a Keeshond and if you know anything about double coated breeds, you know how hard it is to groom them fully by yourself, or find a groomer you can really trust to do a good job. The coat generally can t be cut/shaved and the undercoat needs quite a bit of maintenance. We went in for her first appointment after quite a while of me nervously trying to find a reputable groomer (our previous groomer claimed to know the breed well but definitely didn t do the job right) and Caitlin (I think) worked on her for 4 straight hours- that s hard work, y all. Erin, the owner, even stepped in to help at the end, and talked to me personally about how things went. She had quite a bit of undercoat that needed to be brushed out and couple problem areas with some matting. They were able to get a TON of both out without needing to trim, and were all so kind, considerate, and knowledgable and took such good care of her. They worked so hard to make sure she was going be comfortable and healthy.
Her fur feels AMAZING and I am so happy to have finally found a place that can really take care of her coat the way she needs.
I swear she feels like 5 pounds lighter. She also seemed so much less stressed than when she went to a groomer before, even after 4 hours of brushing. I am definitely looking forward to bringing her back. I really can t thank these folks enough for giving me such peace of mind.
Excellent groomers! All of the dogs I saw being groomed here looked happy and beautiful. My boy is very pleased with his fur cut and so am I! It was worth the wait to get on the calendar.
I've been taking my dog to Erin and her team at Coats & Tails for at least eight years and I've always had a great experience. They work with my schedule, always provide my pup with a nice tight fade, and the cost is reasonable. Highly recommend them.
