After a recent experience, I found the service to be lacking in several areas. The response time was longer than expected, and the communication was not as clear as it could have been. I felt like I was left in the dark about the progress, which added to the stress of an already challenging situation. The quality of the work completed didn’t meet my expectations, and I noticed issues that should have been addressed initially. 🛠️ Overall, this experience was not satisfying, and I believe there's room for improvement in both service delivery and customer engagement. 👎
