DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN TOUR CAR. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEN OWNER OF SERVICE WILL WILL BLAME YOU. This happened to me at Tavern and Table in MT Pleasant SC. Restaurant management had a. Don't give a crappie attitude just like service owner.
I got a nail in my tire just before I dropped my rental car off at the hotel but didnt know at the time. The valet took the car and parked it and heard the air leak. He assumed he had caused the leak by hitting the side of the car lift and proceeded to alert his management. They then quickly put the spare on and notified me. The next day they took the tire to the repair shop. They discovered the air leak caused by a puncture, not a tear from the car lift which means it was my fault. Throughout the entire process though, I heard from the manager and the owner who kept me informed and they handled everything even though it was not their fault. They even said if the rental car company had any questions to give them their name and number and they would answer for me. These guys had excellent customer service and I can only hope other hotels in the area are using them for their valet service.
These guys have been fantastic to work with! While their driver was parking my car, he was involved in a slight fender bender (nothing major). However, the owner of the company was extremely responsive and quickly handled the whole situation. They worked with my body shop and I, it was a pleasant experience all the way around. Great company!
