This company has two 3 year old medical bills of mine and they refuse to settle them. I will just let it sit on my credit till it falls off.
Customer service from the people I actually spoke to was very good. The issue was the billing. After the initial payment of $330, evidently there was an additional amount owed. After four months from the date of service, I receive a collection letter showing I owed more money. Called the collection agency, the guy wasn't there so left my number and message. No call back. Spent an hour trying to find CIA's contact numbers, no answers. Finally called Baptist Hospital and they were able to forward me to CIA's billing. In short, paid, but where is the bill? Big frustration.
