I experienced a company truck that was driving too slow and swerving on the interstate. I get next to him and see he is texting. I pass him and am in front of him so no I didn't see a truck number or a logo. I then get off the exit and am too far to see one at that point. I was able to finally to see the logo on the truck only because I slowed down below the speed limit on the feeder road because he was still going so slow on the interstate that he wouldn't pass me. I call to complain and inform the company that they have a phone user in their company truck. The woman had attitude that I "had the time to see he was texting but couldn't see the truck number". And she needed that to determine who it was. Go over it in your safety meetings lady.
