I would have gave it negative stars if I could have. I had paid in advance through August. I got the rental in late July. Got my stuff out on August third. Plans fell through. Called to get a refund on the remaining month. After calling for a week and a half, I finally got a hold of someone. They said they had to talk to the owner.and was going to call me back.I had to call back several times til I finally got a hold of them again. At that time they couldn't give me a refund on the remaining month. So... to make a long story short, I paid for a storage at a measley rate of about $50 a day. I would never recommend Coastal Climate Control to anyone. Very unsatisfied customer!!

Great service. Very clean. Even let us use the truck a little longer than we were supposed to!

Secured gates only allow access to 10 pm at night. Even though it is covered with cameras.

They increased my rent on storage and did not call or email me of the increase. I moved out on the last week of April 2019 but moving crew did not inform front desk. I work out of state and the lady at front desk who was visiting with family while trying to sort out affairs. Long story short they would not refund prorate or issue any type of refund.

These people are arrogant an unpleasant to deal with. Please please do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache by shopping for a different vendor besides Coastal Climate Control in Youngsville.
