I have sent everything they needed to get me out of default 5 times now, Each time something was wrong with what I sent them but they didn't call or tell me as they got the documents while I was on the phone with them so I could change things and continue the process.Eachtime I had to correct something I had to start the process of paying the monthly payments over again. I have now paid the 4 of the 5 monthly payments and started this process last year so I would prevent the department of education from taking my tax refund. Got a letter today saying they did just that. Terrible way to help people. The whole purpose of this is to collect the money needed to get out of default. Just a terrible company to deal with and the people that work here act like they have no idea what they are doing so they can continue to take the money. Get it together people!!

Quite possibly the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. I have been out of default, I have been paying student loans with them monthly. When I called, I was explained that I am in good standing and I wouldn t have to worry about my taxes being taken. But it seems like they conveniently misplace my paperwork so they can report I m in default and pay themselves.. I have even sent MULTIPLE copies of paperwork to make sure that this won t happen, but somehow, a month after, I m still sent the paperwork to fill out. Shady or incompetent, I m not sure. Nothing professional about Coast Professional.

Horrible employer , they target pregnant employees , to force them to quit. There management and directors suck ! You bring a concern to there attention like advised to do when your first hired and then they laugh in your face. Don t go and get pulled out of work legally with a doctors note they will terminate you. Great pay but not worth the stress , this company only cares about the company and not the employees.

Literally one of the worst and least customer friendly companies I ve ever come in contact with. The customer service rep lesli continually cut off and interrupted my husband while he was trying to speak. This was after we got hung up on the first time. I feel for anyone who has to deal with this company. Good luck.

I called at 8 and someone answered to transfer me transfers me and then it says the number is out of service I have call 20 times this morning it s pathetic that your company makes all this money and the phone systems don t work get it together

The worst "customer service" I have ever received....

The worst "customer service" I have ever received. I have been trying since 12/4 to ensure NO wage garnishment on 12/18. Each time it is a call that is 1-2 hours of me explaining everything on my file to everyone I'm passed around to. The most manic hold music I have ever heard, managers not answering questions and just sticking to their scripts with no direct information on when my information will be reviewed. If I could give zero stars I would, from start to finish this has been a nightmare and I'm convinced they will still reach out to my employer to garnish wages despite me doing all this work, following each request they throw my way and doing it all before their deadline. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat people this way.

Received paperwork that I owe money on an over 20 year old debt, that s been forgiven when I became disabled in 2009. I believe this place is a scam company creating fake debt in order to fraudulently garnish wages. I have no wages to garnish I m disabled, go ahead try to garnish disability. Guess what I saw on the news is right; the government s student loan system is a disgrace. Sorry scammers these debts where forgiven over 10 years ago; find another poor unsuspecting soul to prey on.

Called in to make a payment, and the phone is out order, call a different number, transfered to a busy time. Called another number, and system is down. Hold times and call times up to 90 minutes! Every time your on hold it's at least 10 minutes. Will not send you anything on how to dispute or fight back, either pay up or lose 70% of your wages. Staff is decent for the most part.
