I bought a set of headlamps of Coast's at Costco several years ago. They performed so well that I bought a second set so everyone in my family could have one and we could have emergency ones in our cars! After several years of heavy use, one stopped working. I was surprised to learn they were still under warranty. I contacted them and there was a no hassle return! It's rare to have a good quality product that the manufacturer actually stands behind these days!
COAST is an honorable, high integrity firm. I ordered from them and it turned out the promo I received was a pricing error. Not only did they ship the order. They send me a personal letter explaining the issue and the fact they will honor the order even given the pricing mistake (largely to my benefit). When it comes to my next flash light order, the COAST family run business is my first choice.

Absolutely fantastic products.! I use Coast flashlights on a daily basis as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer working on helicopters. These products are used all of the time during inspections. Extremely high quality and durability. I couldn't be happier with the level of their products. I recently had some issues with one of my flashlights. I got a response right away and warranty with no questions asked. The lifetime warranty is great and I really appreciate a company in today's age with customer service quality like theirs. I've yet to use any of their products (one is on the way), but in terms of customer service, COAST Products leads by example. I came across a coupon for a free COAST product via an online deals community page. Unbeknownst to me, this coupon was issued to actual COAST customers that had previously purchased a flashlight. Nonetheless, while COAST was within their right to not honor my use of the coupon, they decided to honor it and welcome me to the COAST family instead. Thank you, COAST!
