The team who handled the exam last February 27 did a great job on following the COVID 19 protocols. It was very visible on how they regularly sanitize the area and constantly reminding everyone for social distancing. It was a quick and smooth process that exactly 9:30 everyone was seated and good to start. We kind of finished later than expected, but it was still reasonable. Other than that, it was a great choice to do the exam with Coach English.

Why you guys do not answer the phone?
You told me to email for inquiries, I did.
I havent received any replies. You did not even read my email ( I can check with the status of email i sent) Even for the phone, I ringed more than 30 times but never.
I paid but, I didnt get any confirmation email. also I keep getting email I need to make payment which I already did.
please answer please. Its been almost 3 weeks. I think I have to make a move to get my refund. I hope at least you can see this so I can make some progress.

Please DO NOT book your test at this site. This centre is unprofessional and completely incompetent. They have extremely long wait times for correspondence. According to IELTS British Council, all scheduling changes must be made through the centre however the centre's phone is never picked up. A request for cancellation has taken an entire month and still there has not been a response. As of current, the test date would have been 2 weeks AGO even though a request for cancellation was made close to 3 weeks before the test date. It is virtually impossible for someone to get their refund issued as they do not respond to any form of communication. I highly recommend they train their staff to be more efficient and responsive.

The experience in your test center was great and to be honest, you are the first test center who sent us the email to give feedback about how to improve the service. I really appreciate it. No wonder everything at your center is well organized with professional trained employees. Thanks for providing us such a great place.

My main impression is above my previous expectation. I could compare IELTS in my country and passing the test in your center was amazing. All the staff was kind and helpful. The quality of the listening part is great (far better than I had in Ukraine). I've got everything that was important for a comfortable examination.
The only thing which bothered is Covid safety and in the speaking test, it was quite hard to hear and understand what the examiner was talking about (the shield between people takes away a major part of the sound). Overall I'm glad that I took the exam in "New link college".

The tips and tricks given by Ms. Mariana were really excellent .The feedback ,she gave is really helpful and clarified my doubts. Before, I was struggling to find the correct method to do the tasks. I am going to these strategies in test and I am sure to get my desired results soon.

I should say that it is so great I decide to have my IELTS test at this venue. People here have noticed every detail of the procedure in this special period, which do make me feel safer during the test. Especially, I do want to thank the lady who took the responsibility for ensuring that candidates could wait for the speaking test in social distance and clean situation. I think all above brings luck to me to get the ideal score!

The 20hr course was really satisfactory. I received a lot of useful information also the teacher is really good, she knows how to explain every section of the test very well. I am really happy that I had this opportunity. Thank you all.

Made a cancellation request on the 4 th of May and it s been over 5 days and no one has contacted me for a refund. Still waiting. No access over the phone as well.
