The Coalition of Agencies Serving the Elderly: Providing Comprehensive Care and Support for Seniors
The Coalition of Agencies Serving the Elderly (CASE) is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support for seniors. With a mission to enhance the quality of life for older adults, CASE works tirelessly to ensure that seniors have access to the resources they need to live healthy, happy lives.
At CASE, we understand that aging can be challenging. As we grow older, our bodies change, our minds may become less sharp, and we may face new health challenges. For many seniors, these changes can be overwhelming. That's why we're here - to provide support and assistance every step of the way.
Our team at CASE consists of highly trained professionals who are passionate about helping seniors live their best lives. From social workers and nurses to therapists and caregivers, our staff members are committed to providing compassionate care that meets each individual's unique needs.
One of the key services offered by CASE is in-home care. We understand that many seniors prefer to age in place - in their own homes - rather than move into assisted living facilities or nursing homes. Our team provides a range of services designed specifically for those who wish to remain at home while receiving necessary care.
These services include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting; medication management; meal preparation; transportation; housekeeping; companionship; and more. Our caregivers are carefully screened and trained so you can rest assured your loved one is receiving high-quality care from a trusted professional.
In addition to in-home care services, CASE also offers a variety of other programs designed specifically for seniors. These include:
- Adult day programs: These programs provide socialization opportunities as well as medical supervision during daytime hours.
- Respite care: This service provides temporary relief for family caregivers who need time off from caring for their loved ones.
- Care management: Our care managers work with seniors and their families to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
- Support groups: We offer a variety of support groups for seniors and their caregivers, including those dealing with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
At CASE, we believe that every senior deserves access to high-quality care and support. That's why we work closely with community partners to ensure that our services are accessible to all who need them. We also offer sliding-scale fees for those who may not be able to afford our services otherwise.
If you or a loved one is in need of assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at CASE. Our team is here to help you navigate the challenges of aging so you can live your best life possible.
