I was hopeful about this service, but there were several issues. The interface felt clunky and not user-friendly. ⚙️ The customer support took longer than expected to respond, which added to my frustration. 😕 While the concept was appealing, the execution just didn't meet my needs. Overall, not what I anticipated.
