The elevators closes too fast. Be careful, your head could get stucked!

The guard is always greetful. It helps me contain positivity in the morning which is important.

104 Paseo ... Wrong location on map. Its closer to greenbelt. Ignore this map location. Its on Paseo de Roxas Corner Perea. Added photo as proof.

Place where People's insurance is located. Very good and warm reception.

The place is strict about noise specially at night. Everything needs a permit of you're a contractor.

The building is accessible but very old in need of renovation. The rent is also high compared to other buildings a few meters away.

I work here now. The guards are very friendly and accommodating
