NOA is a club where fun is floating in the air. You have to keep up with the rhythm of the music to feel real fun.

The best club in this town, prices are high, but worth it

Been here wit my friends on New Year's Eve. Simply awesome, from the music, the dancer's shows, prices (we paid 200 RON per person for a reserved table, drinks included) and people. Keep it up, NOA, we will definetly come back!

The concert announced at 11, actually starts at 1 - 1:30. I could not stand to catch him, but I did not even get my money back. Basically, I paid 50 lei to drink a gin and go home

Amazing place to have fun with friends. Not too expensive, very great outlooking of the interior, dancers, bodyguards who makes you feel safe and friendy bartenters!

Although the place was really very nice the music was boring....

Very clean, comfortable and quiet toilet. We can sleep there without problem for 1 or 2 hours. I recommend them!

The first time I was in this club was in 2017 and I was deeply impressed by the professionalism of all employees. There were no problems with the confusion of orders, although the club was full and the DJ and the entertainers were a delight. The best club in Cluj, a club with a tradition in Cluj. An elegant club, excellent sound, good DJs, good music, among the biggest clubs in Cluj, cool dancers, usually elegantly dressed world, attractive girls, attractive guys, elegant club interior design, even the toilets are elegant, clean, spacious (the first time I entered the toilet I was confused by the non-conformity of the arrangement), quality services, security and protection staff, there is a wardrobe. A club with a tradition in Cluj, as a location, which opened in the fall of 2003 under the name Tutankhamun and then Obsession. Nearby is the university campus (student dormitories) Observatory. Parking is a small one in front of the club and a bigger one is in the vicinity, the parking lot at Sigma Center. Taxi station nearby, with high chances of finding a taxi in front of the club. Slightly higher prices than in other clubs. Usually the entrance ticket is paid (I mean on weekends).
During the summer student vacation the club is closed.
