Nice place - especially if you are into all kinds of sports

Great pool, good fitness center ... the cleanliness is good and the staff polite.

a very good club if you are an athlete it will be adapted for you pool bike gym to rent but also if you just want to relax dip pool spa beach transat and you can cook yourself or go to one of their 4 restaurant more good one that the others

I'm really struggling with this review. First impression was of the tv series 'moonbase alpha' mixed with a bit of centre parks and Butlins. Not necessarily a bad thing.
So Lago restaurant silly prices even with dine around deal and limited menu . The Atlantico buffet is fine, but realistically unless you can escape the camp there's not many decent options. Sports facilities , excellent staff and expert advice in abundance. Would I return? Probably not . Basic rooms are very basic but clean. It's not really about comfort here it's all about the performance and how much it's going to cost you - a lot . I like a bit more comfort, so a extra hotel and local hire shop would be a good shout for me next time. But hey it's a very popular place . If its all about the sports facilities and the mutual motivation then go for it. Consider hiring a car, dine out and look for deal on the accommodation.
OR go to a real hotel !

Wonderful sports resort for families and everybody else. Everything from biking (road and mountain), ball courts, running, swimming etc is possible here. All equipment is well maintained and of high quality. Service is excellent. The trainers are some of the best I've ever had and many have a professional background in the classes they teach.

Super nice area including countless sports offers almost all of which are free (even windsurfing)! The food is only ok, but you can cook yourself and restaurants can be reached quickly in the village.

What an amazing sports resort, brilliant people, top instruction and great equipment. Food was great at all 3 restaurant, beautiful views. Highly recommended.

One of the best holidays I've had. The renovated apartments are really nice. The coaching and equipment loans system is very good, and the quality of equipment is excellent. Only downside is coat of onsite restaurants, which are admittedly very good, but local restaurants are cheaper and also good.

This is the ultimate place to holiday if you like being active. There's everything here the sporty would love but also ample opportunity to relax and enjoy down time in the fantastic all round the year sunshine. I can recommend going half board as the selection of food at breakfast and evening meal is a great mix between the healthy and not so healthy options. Additionally, if you want to sight see on a rest day, car hire is available at a very reasonable rate. Equally, to avoid expensive transfers, I would recommend hiring a car on the final day, if you have a late flight, drive somewhere nice for lunch, see a bit of the island and the car can be left at the airport.

I loved coming here as a kid until I was 18. Had the time of my life. Meeting amazing new people.

This place is really nice.. great space in the rooms, and so many different sport events.. amazing

Besides the current lock down which is not a problem as we are safe and thats the main thing. Room curtains were not functioning properly, bathroom woodwork blown. Maybe floor cleaning could have been better on arrival.

Club La Santa is a very well run, clean and friendly place. They have a fantastic variety of exercise classes from aerial relaxation to body pump to tennis tournaments. App the bars and restausrants are reasonably priced with staff who work hard, speak many differebt languages and are happy and friendly. Fantastic place!

Club La Santa has a wide range of sports to be enjoyed. Try out many different sports and find out if they are for you. There are teams for beginners, easy practiced etc. It is also possible to rent bicycles, rackets and other equipment if you want to grow the activity without participating in a team.

The apartments are neat and modern. Breakfast buffet is good, but lunch and dinner buffet are boring. Most food is cooked for a long time or over cooked. The dishes are old fashioned in the boring way. Most things are from frost. Practice.

My family and I had a lot of fun coming here, the day normally starts at 6am and ends at 8-9pm but the great thing is that you can just do as you please. Making it very relaxing even though you are doing exercise. Lanzarote is the little town next to the club, the town is very cute and romantic at night, and definitely worth a visit for dinner. The youngest in the family was 11 when we were there, even though we came just outside of the summer season, he had plenty of things to do, he was taken in the morning and came back in the evening. We had never seen him so exhausted and satisfied in his work. I even ended up buying a big bag and t-shirt with the logo on it. I would and have recommended. The community is very nice as well as the staff. The majority are Danish, but nationalities vary from British to German to American, a very multinational place. The perfect amount of time to be there is a week, because after that you get very exhausted and you feel like you can't get your money's worth, so keep it to a week, and come again another time. I loved my visit, and I am really looking forward to going again sometime soon.

This is my second trip.we brought our new born son back we loved it so much the first time. The facilities and staff are excellent, rooms are great. We're already planning another trip back next year.

What an amazing place this is. If you are a fitness fanatic this is the place for you. Cant wait to see the climbing wall operational.

The new zone does not stick with the old one but it is very good

New pool area looks nice. 16 x 50m lanes. But the main complex still feels like a prison.
Had a nice lunch by the pool, but felt very out of place not wearing any 'ironwear'.

Good answer CLS. My review was more tongue in cheek.
New pool area is great and I hear the rooms have been overhauled too.
But the walk through the main complex could do with some work. i.e. brightening up and some colour.
Food in pool area has always been good.
Gotta love the Ironwear.

We give my husband a trip to this hotel to celebrate his 50th birthday and we ask you to surprise them at breakfast, paying a cake on our own and a bottle of champag. First they made a mistake in the day and the day of their birthday they forgot to take it out. They left the hotel that same day and everyone lives in a country .. Without words ...

First visit here and I loved it!! Definitely be back.

The place is perfect for sports, everything is clean! On the other hand relatively expensive, the club supermarket is expensive. I recommend renting a bicycle and going shopping in the nearby villages which are not far at all and cheaper! Weather wise it is very windy, and we had a lot of clouds (early September) but it is still good for playing sports.

Very well ... calm place ... even you hear the sound of the wind and the sea ... we were in spiritual retreat and everything was very good.
