If you are into thriathlons this club -facilitities are now almost fully renovated and the new building from mid 2014 be booked. An outstanding complex, for all, who like sports. Triathletes, runners, swimmers or aerobics everything is possible here. Also courses can be booked; everything is included in the price. To us again and again great, our sports in the sun able to operate.
Anyone who likes sports or wants to work out binds here a paradise, a sports paradise. Everything is on site bicycles, a total of 24 50m swimming tracks, everything you need to train athletics including 400m running track and tennis courts

Love this resort! Perfect for an active holiday in an inspiring environment full of like minded people. We have tried so many new sports here from triathlon to windsurfing! Amazing swimming pools and modern apartments. Plenty of dining options.

Nice place to get some exercise. The apartments are big enough to stay in and there is daily cleaning.
Lovely place, new modern, great facilites, but getting any populuar activity classes are a pain, other than that, a great stay.
First visit to Club La Santa, fantastic place, great staff, so much to do, well organised, comfortable surroundings, clean and tidy, lots of happy like minded people enjoying sport and fitness! Will definitely come again!
I only went to see 2 professional handball matches, but even so, we can see that the facilities are very good.
So many opportunities! This is sports heaven. Different kinds of yoga, pilates, thai chi and other forms of aerobics. Road bike, mountain biking, fat bike, swimming pools, laguna for wind surfing, kajak, padle board, open water scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, athletic fields and much much more!

The site is not bad and is very well prepared for athletes like me to train and have a good time in addition. My only complaint is the part that overlooks the lake, which is not in very good condition for walking and much less at night.

A sports resort with all possible services: gym, 3 Olympic swimming pools, running track, mini-golf, a multitude of guided activities, bicycle rental, etc. And all in an incredible environment, with a lake next to where you can swim and paddle surf. In short, a paradise for those who like to play sports and especially triathlon.
Pricey, but if you go you know to expect that. A pretty unique destination. Sporting opportunities are prolific. If you can conquer the booking system, a fantastic opportunity to energise yourself and be inspired to be fit and healthy, benefits you'll feel for the long term, and so many come back year after year.
Of course you should first inform yourself on what you get involved in when you go here but I as an athlete can only say: Great! One has all possibilities to do sports (on the Internet inform-super homepage) My personal experience is: It is clean, the food is good (whiners are always there) beautiful pool area with a super pool restaurant where the tastiest things are (huge selection ) Hammer gym, 3 beautiful 50m pool with separate tracks, a great bike center where you can rent really high quality bikes and and and .... So I'm comfortable here because I find here for my needs. If you just want to go on holiday without sporting ambitions, you should know that there is no beach and otherwise there is nothing around the resort that should go elsewhere. But you can in the evening in the evening also enough. Oh yes the rooms have no TV but otherwise really great, newly renovated and all with a small kitchenette sofa bed and nice shower with tropical rain showerhead. Thumbs up!
Fantastic place. There is every possible sport you can try. The hot water swimming pool is also there. Located by a lagoon where there is ample opportunity for surfing paddling etc. Good restaurants but the best places to eat are now in the city of la santa. Go the two km and get a fantastic culinary experience at the restaurant Alma or Mama Africa.
Sports, sun, surf, biking all great. Family had a lovely time.
This is our 4th visit in 4 years. Previously we have been able to avoid school half term which means there it hasn t been quite so full. I would echo the other reviews, standard of the rooms is excellent if you are an active family. Bathrooms are great & there is space to spread out & dry towels, clothes & swimming kit. A special word for the staff at Atlantico, who were serving 700 guests every breakfast & dinner. It was busy but efficient & there was plants of healthy fresh food & there was always a smile There were some problems with the booking app & it wasn t always possible to get bikes from the bike centre but these are small things. This the best family holiday with active teens
For what it is, a health, wellbeing and sports focused resort Club la Santa really is first class. The facilities are second to none. Staff friendly and helpful. Just picking one of the facilities, the 50m pools have really worked for me. It not quiet as a mouse quiet, but it certainly isn't noisy. A tip, car hire is quite reasonable in Lanzarote, this gives you the freedom to pick up food at the larger supermarkets in Arrecife on you way from the airport, this will save you lots. I was last at least Santa ten years ago on holiday with my running partner I did lots of running activities 3rd female in half marathon now unable to run have returned for healthy holiday in the sun so much better lots new activities great gym etc all sorts of new activities to try + fantastic green team staff etc so much better than had hoped rooms v clean and referbished though seen the od cockroach part of the fun of the abroard
Great hotel, the best I have ever had. The restaurant is also very tasty and very nice people. You can do almost all sports that you want.
Best place for active holidays, over 80 types of sport, triathletes heaven with 3x50m pools and a very calm Laguna. Very friendly hard working teams, multiple restaurants and bar but also a supermarkets to shop and cook home.

A club 100% sporty. For the triathletes it is the top and for their spouses who are not sporty, there is the swimming pool (absolute relaxation)
Food is not the best. Supermarket staff absolutely incompetent, you pay NEN 5 purchase with 50 and they give you no change in the hope that you will notice it net
Place is nice, lots off activities to take part. Rooms/apartment are very clean and nice relaxing place with friends. Restaurant staff are very nice and friendly, would still serve hot food a little over hours, well looked after in this department. Far from town and restaurants....either travel by cab or 15 mins walk.

Nice place if you are into sports. Almost everything your heart desires. Nice rooms after renovation. Ok food in the buffet. But it is buffet style as it can be now.
Friendly staff, superb sporting opportunities, decent food, nice apartments. Hire a car to explore the rest of Lanzarote and it's perfect!

It is a small paradise, the people in charge and workers in general very attentive and cordial. The place, perfect, if you like sports of any kind, a lot of variety ... It is really a great luck to have places like this, to clear and train at the same time ...

This place has been my favourite holiday place for years. If you are into sports this place can offer almost any sport you can think of. If you are not into sports you better go somewhere else as most of the rooms don't have a TV still. Also you will be awaken at 8am by the noise of first activity and if you are a night owl you may find it restrictive when after 12pm this place goes in 100% silence as the security will advise to go to bed or be quite. The reason why I degraded the stars is because recently this place became very unsafe. The complex has extensive range of CCTV and guards at every entrance but they appear to be more for the show. Friends of ours got burgled whilst sleeping in their apartment last year. This year I rang the reception around 3:30am to report severe noise and there was no one there to take the call so I had to redial. It took 45min for the security to sort out a bunch of drunk people that were coming out from the complex discotheque. This incident made me worry what if I am in life threatening situation and need help from the security?! I shared my concerns with one of the managers and despite my consequential meeting with him I saw little or no understand. My guess is that untill something serious happen the management will not do anything to improve the security. Oh well, the security guards are also humans and they need to sleep too I guess ... Otherwise this place is really unique! I hope they would improve the security and make it right

The PERFECT place for active and sports holidays. Easier you can not put it, you just have to have the desire, they put the rest to practice your favorite sport. They even lend you the bikes without additional cost. Yes, all classes in English.
Best sports activity resort available. Visited the place for the first time in 2008 and can recommend it to all age groups
Apartment overlooking the tennis courts, was said at the reception ... yes, if you are over 250 cm high. It costs the 2 stars, as it can hardly be the red apartment that was ordered. Otherwise it was a lovely holiday.
Probably our 12th visit over past 25 years. Resort had become v jaded so we stopped coming for last 10 years. Serious cockroach problem too had put us off. The recent changes are very welcome...2 new pools and Volcano centre, new bike centre, plus room upgrades and new suites.... Bikes are excellent A couple of things they need to improve... Green team are less enthusiastic and customer focused than before. Poor tennis coaching, and gym guys appeared unfamiliar with the fitness testing. Gym also now needs an upgrade..... Overall still v good...others like Neilson are catching up and much better value for money. La Santa is very expensive now unless you're a large group.
