Pros:
- great view
- almost full-day restaurant
- hospitality and kind staff

Cons:
- a little bit transparent toilet/bathroom, person inside can see silhouette of person outside and vice versa, don't know if this was just my room or everywhere
- many cats in the territory
- sometimes there are no staff or just a few people at brunch, which makes it long to wait until you get the food you want. It especially bad when you come back from outside restaurant and worry that cats can eat your food while you're waiting for another plate

I'm from London and I can confirm this place is exactly what you'd expect from a 4* abroad. It's clean, food is ok and facilities are good too. For the price it's very good value. Only annoying thing is the gym opens at 9am which is a little late for my liking and closes at 8pm ... So by the time I'm back from a full day of activities the gym is closed.

The views from the back of the hotel are gorgeous. I'm sure you won't leave disappointed.

It was an okay hotel to say the least. I stayed here for 6 days for my dental treatment and I noticed that wearing mask is merely a suggestion among guests. The Asian lady receptionist was extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. When you need something talk to the other receptionists. The buffet wasn't really a buffet since you needed someone to serve each food to you and most of the time, they are short-staffed and the wait can be really long to get food. There are no queue marks as well so social distancing is non-existent in the "buffet" area and all guests are cutting each other off hence the long wait. Food was okay but it wasn't worth waiting for. Bedsheets, pillow cases and towels have old yellow stains on them which also indicate how cheap the management could be. Would I recommend this to a friend? No.

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff are really friendly and nice and they attend your needs as soon as possible. We were there during the corona time, so we could not enjoy the pool, spa and other services. However, the foods, drinks and everything is really great. Overall, we were so much satisfied!

Weak points:

. The bar is only open until the midnight.
. Soup time is very limited only between 11pm til midnight
. In the pandemic, they did not ask the guests to wear their masks and all the guests were not wearing any masks all over the place

It is a really nice hotel with a view. I stayed a week. but I did not find the drinks in the bars enough. I don't think the menu is enough when it comes to eating. There was chicken meat every day. Apart from that, the hotel staff were really nice and smiling faces. lifeguard Ismail Bey has a really helpful and helpful personality. It is very difficult to find such an employee at this time, as if his job is not a lifeguard, but like the owner of the hotel, I help and work. We are really satisfied. I was satisfied with the hotel shortly, but I would recommend that the food menu be changed a little bit. Of course, including the drinks menu in the bar. This is the best place the best bang for your buck. All-inclusive service and very clean. The staff is very accommodating and super nice. We have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. First for 3 weeks then 2 more weekends after that. I highly recommend this place. Amazing location close to everything.

This hotel is safe place for tourist for stay. Having multiple option for Breakfast,lunch,Dinner and all.

Great value for moderate price. Sparkly clean, great food, excellent service, calm 'beach', good location half an hour from the old town. Highly recommend. Note: for bus directions there is a great app Moovit.

Club Falcon not a bad hotel I must admit I really enjoyed my stay.... People are lovely they look after you I felt welcome. I would come back to this hotel I will give it 3 stars
