Club Hotel Casino Loutraki Review

I used to vacation here as a child. I visited twice in the two past years and I have to say that it s still exactly the same it was in 2008, meaning that no renovations have taken place whatsoever. This means that you re paying for something that was luxurious over a decade ago and has since lost all its quality. Most of the people staying here are people who are here to play at the casino, with the big spenders staying at the top floors, so don t be surprised if you re staying at the fourth floor and below, it means that you re just not as valuable as their players. Overall, the buffet is pretty decent and has a variety of choices. My advice to you would be to maybe reconsider when booking, as the hotel is no longer value for money. Also a pro tip, I d suggest you don t use the hot tub, sauna and hammam, they have not replaced them since before 2008, and I can only imagine what they have seen and carry on them.

It's worth checking on price comparison websites for this hotel, as they told us it's the most economic way. The hotel is beautiful, with an art deco feel. There are a few swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The indoor space area is great, with jacuzzis, steam and saunas, plus a large indoor swimming pool. We didn't eat at the hotel as it's a short walk to lovely restaurants. The casino is amazing value, and its massive! 6 to get into the casino, and you get 10 of free credit for slot machines and FREE DRINKS all day/night. A few reviews of the casino said it was very smokey. People are smoking in there, but it's a huge place and we'll ventilated, so it didn't bother us. Perfect relaxing stay. Also, the sun sets over the infinity pool. It's pretty spectacular.

This hotel is gowing worst day by day, well its so far away from the 5 stars, the basic rooms are so bad if you are going my advice is to pay more and take a suite, restaurant is not that good, the view on the swimming pool is amazing, casino is one of the biggest but also the worst in Greece, the good thing is the promotions set when you enter casino but you will lose them anyway, at the end I believe they should try more to separate the casino where they want to get the maximum amount of money which is normal, and the hotel where they should provide excellent service as a 5 stars hotel

This was a very bad experience the food was terrible we had to eat out every day. The hotel
smells badly and outdated. The service is slow and untrained/demotivated by the manager and his uncaring attitude towards them. The non Greek owners lost interest in this place over 10 years ago and should be ashamed of themselves. The only good service was the pool manager.
