I have worked with Clover for years on a variety of family law, bankruptcy, and foreclosure matters. She is a true professional and an excellent negotiator and litigator. She has an in-depth knowledge of the law across multiple areas and I would recommend her services to anyone who needs legal help.

The service was professional and efficient and delivered what was promised getting my property out of foreclosure. Finding Clover Barrett & Associates was my diamond in the rough after using 3 other law firms that failed to produce any results.

I highly recommend Clover Barrett, Esq. of Clover Barrett & Associates for foreclosure and/or deed fraud defense and would give Ms. Barrett and her firm a 6 star rating if I could! I am a litigator based in Brooklyn, NY. Recently, I referred a client to Ms. Barrett who had a foreclosure judgment against her as a result of having been tricked into signing over her home to someone, acting under the guise of helping her upgrade her property. Shortly thereafter, the client was induced into mortgaging the property unnecessarily and found herself unable to make the mortgage payments; hence the foreclosure proceedings. I attempted to extricate the client from the mortgage and fraudulent deed, exhausting all available state law remedies, to no avail. It was then that I referred the client to Ms. Barrett, hoping that her bankruptcy expertise could bring about a more favorable result remarkably, she did just that! Ms. Barrett was able to get the Bankruptcy court to set aside the deed transfer by proving the transfer was fraudulent as a matter of law. Ms. Barrett also was able to stop the foreclosure sale through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection and reduce some of the fees and expenses relating to the mortgage, saving the client thousands. The client is now able to sell her property in Bankruptcy at a profit instead of losing it in foreclosure a 180 degree turn around! These people are uprofessional you can never reach the lawyer the guy answering The phone is rude. They took my money order and never preformed the service they told me. I had to p ay the other side's fee. I wish I knew how to report them. I going to Chanel 9 next if I don't get my money back.

I filed for bankruptcy some years ago. She did absolutely nothing but take my money. Her paralegal did all the work and told me so. She didn't even show up to court when I had to see the judge. NEVER USE THIS ATTORNEY!!! I even called the Bar Association on her.

I have been dealing with Clover Barrett since 2008. My first probate case with her in 2012 took her 1 year to handle so I thought it would not be a problem to come back to her firm with another probate case. I returned in 2015 with a new probate matter. In the over 3 years she had my case there were continuous delays, my questions, and concerns or phone calls were never addressed or returned in a prompt manner. I was rarely kept informed as to the status of my matters. Whenever I was lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone at the firm Ms. Barrett was either out of the country or I was told they would take a message and Ms. Barrett would return my call. I would eventually receive a call back maybe a few weeks later or maybe within a month. I was not allowed to be entitled to sufficient information to allow me to participate meaningfully in the development of my probate case. I would caution anyone wanting to work with this firm to not do it. Stay away from this firm.

I doubt you are sorry for your less than stellar performance in handling my case since I complained repeatedly for the past 3 years and you did nothing to remedy it. Unfortunately the extensive delay in the second estate matter was largely due to more your ineptness than a lost will which by the way it took three years to realize that and I find that excuse hard to believe as well. Also the go to excuse of your office going through an reorganization and staff reduction was used on at least two other separate occasions it is starting to get old now. At Clover Barett and Associates, you are passionate about ignoring your clients, not responding back in a timely manner and not providing effective legal representation for your clients. You can't even spell my name correctly especially after having worked with me since 2008. I was not satisfied with your work at all. I wasted three years of my precious time dealing with this firm. I'd advise anyone thinking to hire this firm to BEWARE! PROCEED WITH CAUTION! STAY AWAY!!!!

I retained Attorney Barrett after I had several court appearances with only extensions and rescheduled appearances. With representation from her, my case was resolved FAVORABLELY, in the very next scheduled court appearance, and with additional provisions granted! Thank you Attorney Barrett. I m very pleased with your service in getting us to closure. I highly recommend Attorney Clover Barrett for any legal representation that s within her practice. She s got you COVERED!

I recently had a consultation for a divorce with Ms. Barrett and her professionalism and knowledge is second to none. She not only took the time to explain what I needed to do, but also took my thoughts out of the emotional state and showed me reality. She gave me options when other attorneys instructed me that it was cheaper to keep him ; Ms. Barrett said nonsense and laid it on the table without asking for a penny in exchange. Ms. Barrett and her assistant showed compassion when I thought all hope was lost. I highly recommend Ms. Barrett for your legal battles as without her sound advice and guidance I really don t know what would have happened to me and my situation. I cannot thank them enough and words cannot explain in totality how I feel inside.

Just seen 3/13/16 this fraud/ crook Attorney on Wpix morning news. She was accused by client of hers for a over excessive bill ($8000) on a divorce proceeding she attempted. N guess who was after her, Help me Howard of channel 11. You know when he comes around its bad news for the accussed. 9 out of 10 the accussed is a theif or up to no good when he has to do a investigative report on you. Also I am writing this review to let everyone know to stay away. I tried using her for a bankruptcy proceeding. She toots her horn as she as if she knows it all and the price she charges are not competitive with the market or peers who do the same work. Yeah right. STAY AWAY!

While no one wishes to find themselves dealing with legal issues, Clover Barrett & Associates proved to be extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and guided me through the legal proceeding explaining everything along the way.

I was very impressed with Mrs. Barrett's ability to update me on case proceeding, developments and next course of action. You and your office were ALWAYS available, very professional and courteous regardless of how many times I called or emailed with questions; you made me feel welcomed, valued and comfortable.
