Ordered dark brown hair dye but after use I realised that was not working

Dont buy anything from this seller, they are fraud, i odred a helmet and they sent me an old broken helmet, feel like cheated, i dont know weather the have irresponsible staff of they r doing it purposely, they are doing it dont buy anything from them

First of all.. Amazon doesn't accept any review for this seller as this is the only one they have got as a Pet Food Supplier. Imagine they deleted the review.
Buying anything from this vendor is highly risky as you never know which product they will deliver you. For me, I ordered Purepet, and I found that there is this hole in the packet from where half of the food already wasted and rest got moisture. Infact after all these reviews I don't know how this company has got no shame.

I order 2 books (combos offer) paid but received only 1. They have not provide any contact detail. Their website contact also not working. Now how to i get back my money or how will i request to deliver the second book......... I don't want to give even 1 star......

Very very third class and cheaf service, this is like a thief, i order from 01 month till date order not received and also payment not refund, very very bad service, dont purchase any product by him

Cloudtail has been cheating its customers by delivering fake and used goods. I ordered a Casio G-shock GG1000 Mudmaster series watch from Amazon and specifically choose Cloudtail as the vendor. But I was shocked and surprised to see the product which was delivered to me. It was a used fake watch with rusted screws and a stained wrist belt. I wonder how Amazon is retaining such vendors to deliver fake goods on their portal and cheating on the customers. I have attached the Images of the product received which say it all.

Very poor packaging and product is damaged within 15 days.There is no option of returning and repairing the product.Very poor..will never recommend..

Booked t.v. from amazon prime account. T.v arrived today. Mi 55 inch 4k. Total price Rs36999. When Mi service man opened it we found that box was unsealed, remote and stand and screws were thrown badly. No plastic cover for anything. T.v screen was full of dust. A fraud seller. Be aware of this Cloudtail seller . Amazon should ban this seller. Or log a police complaint against this seller. Our money not refunded yet. It was a used t.v. the MI service installation person told us. A fraud seller fooling people. Worst product and seller.

Request cloudtail to return our complete refund or else we will log a police report and file a case in court against you for fraud.
