With the records department, Ms. Kim, helped me so much, so kind and she had so much patience and this was on 8-25-16 by herself handling everything, both phones all everything by herself, I pray this Lady Ms.Kim is well appreciated and needs to be shown that she is,

Wasted 7 months of my life going to the Internal medicine residency side... There are acouple really friendly nurses & receptionist but the 1st year folks trying to be Doctors really need to learn their people skills. Once you have in my situation one disagreement with your resident Dr. you might as well find you a new PCP elsewhere because after that you might as well be talking to a brick wall.
this is a piss poor clinic at best. i have been waiting to get into this facility for 2 months now. im told today that as of 3 days ago the rheumatologist will no longer be with this facility. so here i am having problems walking and have 2 more months of my time pissed away. thank you very much bs clinic out of jonesboro. i would expect better from st bernards
We've been trying to schedule a sleep study for my father since October 2016 and was referred to this clinic. After some appointment confusion we finally got him in the first week in June. They never called us to tell us the sleep study did show apnea. I finally called them three weeks after the exam at which point I was told yes there is some apnea and he will need another appointment a month from now. I do understand there is a process but I'm upset with the lack of communication. Had I not called to follow up would they have ever contacted my father w results? Update: we did get the appointment moved up and was called a few hours before he was to be there and was rescheduled yet again. Want some help? Go to another sleep center. This place is unorganized and nobody follows up with you if you actually get in to complete a study.
I personally love the ladies at this clinic. They do their very best to get you in and out. The nurse's and doctor/s make it quick and simple by getting straight to why you're there. I've personally never spent more than 30 mins at this clinic!
I have been seeing Dr. Morrison and am very pleased with him. He found my problem and put me on oxygen that has given me a better lifestyle. Meanwhile, I caught shingles and am having trouble with my lung. I saw Nurse Practioner Shea and was given a steroid shot for plurisy. I am finally getting better. Thank you so much Cloptin Clinic. Can't wait until you come to Pocahontas.
I have going to Clopton for 20 years, while it was still located on 800 Church Street, and have had the same doctor. The staff are always nice and respectful. You are not treated like cattle, you know, in and out. Sometimes I spend 30 - 45 minutes with my doctor. Great place...
if you want a receptionist to not call in your prescription this is the place to go probably the most unfriendly non caring unprofessional worthless receptionists happened to me 3 separate occasions they need to fire the receptionist and hire someone that actually cares about the patients calling instead of hanging up on you
My resident is very good. Communication between staff and residents needs work. The staff is very nice. I actually like going to Copton Clinic. That is unusual. I avoid Dr. offices.
