I have worked with Clockwork for over a decade and they have always been brilliant! A very responsive and creative agency with huge passion for delivering above and beyond their clients expectations.

We have used Clockwork marketing for approaching three years now. They proactively handle our social media campaign, website and gift voucher services. Geographically they are not a great fit for us as they are a 6+ hour drive away but the work they produce is always innovative, proactive and accurate. Clara is our account manager and she is absolutely first class. If you are interested in using their services go for a meeting at their offices - this is a long established marketing agency who know what they are doing.

Since asking Clockwork Marketing to renew our web site and handle our online marketing in 2012, we have seen our business go from strength to strength. Our turnover has doubled and, thanks to their honest and sound advice, we are now employing more staff and increasing our business turnover and profitability year on year. We have been able to re-invest in our hotel and last year received 4 stars from the AA and Visit Scotland, having completed upgrades and refurbishments. they took 100% of fees upfront and produced an off the shelf service, 4 months late and what they produced is nothing related to what was requested in the brief or phone calls and 'interactive' meetings.

they have asked for double the fee to try and fix. Totally unprofessional, now have to go to court.
