We needed a team to quickly build a React Native app. We brought on Clixlogix Technologies and our experience was fantastic.

Time zone differences were very easy to manage as the team is extremely communicative and punctual . Clixlogix relentlessly provides updates in appropriate communication channels on Slack. They consistently updated ticket statuses in our product development tool, Aha! We held daily scrums on Zoom. We felt completely aware of what everyone was working on at all times.

The app Clixlogix built was done quickly and with extremely high quality. The UI/UX exactly matched our specs. The team took time to understand our business strategy and the user personas we were looking to serve.
When we were short on minor requirements the team was able to improvise, making sure to let us know exactly what they did and why in Slack or on scrum the following day.

Not to be overlooked is that the team is made up of really nice people! The purpose of our app was COVID-related. We spent a decent amount getting to know them through sharing and comparing our pandemic experiences. They all are friendly, compassionate, and caring.

It's been a month since I joined Clixlogix tech. It's mind boggling how everyone works with so much passion and dedication! Right from day 1 everyone has supported, mentored and taught me. Being a fresher, I have in the last 4 weeks learned a lot and what's more compelling is that no one bosses around instead they give you advice (which I beleive a fresher looks for). Interview process is very disorganized and doesn't provide any consideration for time of the candidate. They asked me to re-concept and re-design a complete web page on Photoshop during my interview for Web Designer position. It was 5 in the evening when I was beginning. How can one expect an Interviewee to do that in 1 hour? It takes 9-12 hours for a professional full time associate to do this. Won't recommend joining Clixlogix to any of my friends...

it is the worst company in INDIA. director has no mind how to talk with our employees. company has no stability with our employees, it hire employees when it has lot of work and fire when work is finish. any employees can't work more then 3 months because it fire you. director has no mind how to behave with employes abuse with all them. Good Interview Process: I have been interviewed by the company for Business Analyst position. MD and Lead were there to conduct the same. Polite way to ask questions which suites there designation. Lead was polite enough to make the person comfortable. I think lot of people should learn from them. There were plenty of questions I couldn't answer yet they conducted the interview till end so that they can get to know the best out of the candidate. Thank you for giving the chance.

I've been working here for more than six months now and there's one striking difference here when compared to other companies. That is that the management cares about the growth of their employees as much as they care about themselves. Other than that the people are friendly and the environment is fun to work in.
The pool and Fooseball tables sure do help in relieving any stress we might be feeling from our work. Overall it's been an excellent experience working here and I'm glad I chose this company.

It was a year that I worked with these guys as Senior HR!! Left a few days ago. The company is average, however management does an awesome job in hiring people. Cz each and every person I met there had some USP and was great at something. Plus all employees are young, cool and have good and supportive nature. Got a great deal to learn from everyone.

1.The management strongly needs to work on their tendency to micromanage things.

2.Pay day fluctuations should be improved.

3. Employees and especially the Team Leads should be trusted more and should be involved in decision making.

4. Developers, testers, IMEs and content writers should be paid decently.

5. Pretty TOP HEAVY structure! Management should be trimmed down a bit and decision flow should be equally distributed.

Will recommend for Senior Sales roles/Senior BD roles/Digital Marketing/Mobile App Devs/JavaScript Technologies/PC/BA/some new techs they are hiring for.

Every single person here is passionate about what they do, from top management to the freshest employees. The work pressure can be a bit overwhelming at times, but it's all a part of the challenge that needs to be tackled. And the exposure I got here was incredible. I worked here for almost 3 years.

Firstly the place is dull and has a boring kind of feeling. Secondly their selection process takes way too much time. Thirdly the location is not that good. They make you wait for long inbetween the process. I went in for the post of technical content writer and first they gave me an elementary level MCQ test and then after making me wait they told me do a creative writing task which was pure kind of story telling. (Which was not mentioned in the job posting, & what's story telling doing in a technical writing). At last they didn't even take my interview and wasted my precious 2 hours.

I was there for a interview. interview process start after 2 hours of waiting and in interview nothing technical question was asked. interviewers gone through my resume and said leave for the day within 5 minutes. interview totally focussed on salary in last companies not on technical knowledge. I asked for feedback but they never reply.
Management should check candidates resume and naukri profile before calling/scheduling interview. don't play with emotions of a job seeker.
