It seems no one speaks in English in this clinic. I was reconnected with secretary who seemed to speak English, but I was not even told a word in English. Though web page is translated fully into English. I called regarding baby pedetrician services 4 times. And no one bothered to find the right person to speak with me. You are providing medical services.It is irresponsible! I was told that it is regarding baby health, but they cancelled my call 2 times.

I therefore chose to register on the "my doctor.fr" waiting list in case of cancellation of another patient. Saturday I receive an SMS offering me an appointment at 2 p.m., I seize the opportunity and validate my reservation. I receive confirmation by email and sms.
After driving 70 km, paying for fuel, tolls, parking at the clinic and having been wandered from service to service for 30mn, I was told that "it is a computer bug!" And that this software is not in operation. link with the secretaries' schedule! ! What a shame ! What professional misconduct at all levels. Taken for a pawn: never again this establishment! !

Very bad reception at the secretariat of Dr Boveda, cardiology department. Secretaries very unpleasant. Unable to obtain important information for a dental procedure. I was forced to contact another cardiogist.
By the way never answer when sending an email on the site yet planned for this purpose.
On the other hand, excellent hospitality in the ophthalmology and urology department

The person who was at the reception at the time of my departure was not pleasant at all and I was waiting for my turn for a while she allowed herself to take another person in front of me who had just arrived .. she was not overloaded with work alone.
Other than that the surgery department is great double rooms at the top (huge) nurses were very pleasant and very attentive during my stay which makes things easier ..

2 stars only because in my case for a simple radio of the lumbar spine on 10/20/2016:

* the reception of the radiology department is crowded and disorganized: queues are mixed up. We do not know the order of passage, who is after whom? The "hostess" scream "the next!" It really reminds Jacques BREL's song "Au suivant!"

* 45 minutes waiting (before the exam) while I made an appointment at 14:30. What is the point of making an appointment?

* Waiting after the exam. In all: 2 hours of waiting for 8 minutes of examination.

* the X-ray machine is not the latest generation (pay attention to x-ray doses)

* on the result of the examination, the commentary is minimalist and does not address the pathology that is the subject of the examination.

* Pay parking at the clinic: 4.90 for 2 hours and 10 minutes

* And I do not say everything ...

Conclusion:

There is a gap between discourse and reality.
